Daedalus, but since that's not an option, ANIS. TATV just isn't that bad an episode. It's offensive to ENT fans I'm sure, but on its own there are far more unwatchable eps.

I seriously considered Extinction or ANIS, since TATV does have a few nice character moments and I like the closing montage. However, I had to vote TATV because while there may have been other episodes without any real redeeming features, none of the others outright offended my sensibilities as much as TATV did.

TATV. You can't kill off the best character, relegate the cast to guest-stars in their own finale, and expect the fans to like it. :klingon:

I went with TATV... but I came very close to picking "Terra Nova". Both make me shudder but for entirely different reasons.

And in the end, there can only be one.

But it was a tough decision between a bad TATV and a horrible Terra Nova. In the end, I went with TATV, because Terra Nova was awful for a regular episode, but TATV was supposed to be a special episode and was an utter failure at being what a series finale should be.

"TATV"

It had everything. And by everything, I mean practically jack shit. Like sex with a fat chick who doesn't shower very often...only fewer smiles.

What I find interesting, (and please no one burn me at the stake this is just something I've noticed in watching the show again since it ended) is that it (the show as a whole) seems like it's lost something since it was airing. What I mean is, I was a HUGE fan and HUGE supporter. Even though I was a T/T'Per, I loved the show in general, I didn't even give episodes like ANIS as much criticism as others did. But in rewatching it, I really don't think it was a very good show. Again, don't kill me, I don't know if it's because now that I know how it ends *puke* *gag* I might watch it through somewhat jaded eyes. At the time it was on, I was watching it and loving it because I loved the characters, the stories, etc. and was so happy with the thoughts of where they could go with them, what else they could do and whatnot. Then after the complete and total annihilation of the characters that I loved so much I just watch and think, "fucking TATV! I know how you sorry bastards ended it." :(:(

Anyway, this was just something that's been on my mind as I've watched the reruns and I'm wondering if I'm alone in this or if anyone else feels the same way. I don't want to derail the thread....I do think this is on topic, correct me if it's not.

I just pretend TATV never happened. As far as I'm concerned Trip lived to be 150+ years. I won't let that episode ruin my enjoyment of the other 97 episodes. Heck, I think I should do the same thing with Abrams' movie and lump it in with the fanfilms and ignore it.
