If it bothers you that much, W hasn't had anything to do with the Rangers for quite awhile now. And obviously the Astros aren't cheating anymore, Dusty would never allow it. So I don't see the problem here.
An all-Texas ALCS would be exciting, I gotta admit that.

W sold his entire stake in the Rangers in 1998.
I thought Bush sold his stake when he was first elected governor in 1994. Either way, while he's still a fan, he hasn't owned a piece of the team for almost 30 years now.
Fans of 100+ win teams that choke in the playoffs will come up with anything to excuse the actual choking.

The chop shops are almost all gone. There were only two left when I was in the city this summer. AND they were closed.

Phillies fans are some of the most obnoxious people to walk the earth.
That's a well known fact about all Philadelphia fans. Lest we forget,
Dodgers choking again in October makes the Giants season not seem so bad.
This is probably going to be one of the most toxic ALCS we've seen in a while.
I used to hate Phillies fans like everybody else does. But I had a really good time in Philadelphia last year and it totally flip-flopped how I feel about them. Now I love the city and I have nothing against the fans there.
'Course, I wasn't the visiting fan, so maybe that influenced my judgment a tad
but the Phillies were playing the Braves, and there were a ton of Atlanta fans there (both in the ballpark, and also out and about in the city) and nobody was giving them any grief. Would I go there again wearing my Yankees or Mets gear? Probably. I gotta develop a thicker skin. You have to learn to let it go. You have to get over it. The lion's share of trash talk you typically hear about Philly fans is just that- trash talk. Just ignore it and it'll go away.
That said: I am STILL curious as to why the next London Series will be Mets/Phillies. Not that I'm complaining, I just assumed they'd go to Giants/Dodgers first since that rivalry is more famous...
Edit: That clip just posted, about Eagles fans throwing beer at Vikings fans? There is an explanation for that. I'm not justifying this, but it was retaliation for what a group of Vikings fans did earlier that day, hanging around the art museum and dressing up the Stallone statue in Vikings gear.
