I guess it will be an odyssey for you to get to Homer.
No, they don't.This current team needs to pay attention.
That ship sailed in q and aWhen Pike was introduced during STD they made a big deal put of the new uniform colors. This current team needs to pay attention.
You just gotta go with it. It's like pretending that the Enterprise looks the same, or that DSC Klingons look the same in season 1 and 2. Just mentally squint past it.So the three landing party members that were lost 5 tears ago two weeks before The Cage adventure and 3 before discovery had the current uniforms? I don't get it. When Pike was introduced during STD they made a big deal put of the new uniform colors. This current team needs to pay attention.
They looked at them and said. "Nope".So the three landing party members that were lost 5 tears ago two weeks before The Cage adventure and 3 before discovery had the current uniforms? I don't get it. Actually, while I rarely nitpick things, I agree with you. We saw Cage-like uniforms in 'The Trouble With Edward', and on the photo of Pike and April. It would have made a very nice -and logical- choice. So the three landing party members that were lost 5 tears ago two weeks before The Cage adventure and 3 before discovery had the current uniforms? You have to give 2040s Trek a chance to make episodes that explain continuity errors/changes of former Trek episodes. Just like DS9 explained the make-up change in Klingons and SNW explained the date errors of the Eugenic Wars. It's a traditionActually, while I rarely nitpick things, I agree with you. Do you judge everyone in your life by superficial characteristics like a haircut?
We did?We saw Cage-like uniforms in 'The Trouble With Edward'
The ringing even bothered dogs that were in the room. They should update the episode and turn those down and make them shorter, like they updated a few PIC eps cause the colors were off.
No, just people who aren't in my life.
And just to clarify, it's the character I don't like, not the actress. Ortega sort of reminds me of a female Tom Paris and that's probably mostly the writers' fault. Maybe I'm imagining things but it seems like I've seen too many "I'm the best pilot" episodes in Star Trek.
Sort of how they made Dr. Pulaski a female version of McCoy (although probably not that bad.)
mayyyyybe dogs aren't the primary target audience of SNW?
My friend's cats watch LDS with himI demand inclusivity for dogs!!My poor little dog likes to watch tv with me. They can make it up to him next week by finally including M’ress or one of the Caitans. That would more than entice him.
It was like Hanks in Castaway screaming "I have made fire!" - just not as well earned or meaningfulBack to Ortegas, I found it unfortunate that they finally had the chance to explore the character and the only revelation we got about who she is, was “I fly the ship!” Well, no shit, we figured that one out in her very first scene in episode one. The actress got to show a little more range, however, and has the potential to be more than just the irreverent jock pilot with a penchant for banter and backchat. At the moment though, she’s by far the least interesting character on the show.
