I believe there are other places to discuss politics on this site.
I agree. The cost of housing is absurd. But I am trying to adapt as a businesswoman. I used to pay $18 an hour starting wage full time, I recently raised it to $28 an hour full time with full benefits. With dedication it can go to $45 an hour after 3 years. I am not greedy.
Of course it's not wrong, vote for whoever you want.
Last post because I don't want to derail, but you have to ask yourself whether you really are an independent, or do you 'just happen' to vote Republican every time? If you really do vote Democrat like 1/3 of the time or more, then sure why not you are independent.
Is Data human? Not really. He’s something different. In a way, he’s a biological machine. Was it simplistic? Yeah. Was it stupid? Sure. Was it worse than deadnaming someone? Absolutely not.
I was answering his question. I was talking about the commentary on current society regarding the 25 and under aspect of episode 9, and how the older generation is going to save them in episode 10.

Yup. Now we get a full episode with them on the bridge battling the Borg. Who can say they're going to not enjoy that?
I think it's as bad, to be honest. But they could have developed it more - in the past we saw that Locutus was quite anti-Data, calling him 'primitive'. Maybe the Borg are prejudiced against full-blown robots?
I have complaints... to be honest, it wasn't the best they could have done. Honestly, Enterprise had better CGI than this whole series.
I don't blame them, comes down to Price, Time, and Quality.. Pick 2. To me it looks more like a game cut scene level of quality. but as said, Money and time was limited, so I'm happy that we got anything.
I will answer you as a last post as well politcally unless it's directed towards the episode. I voted for Bush 41', Clinton, Obama, and then Trump as independent.

With all due respect, calling Data a robot is not worse than dead naming someone. The latter is consciously refusing to accept the desired name of an individual, it is constantly malicious.
