Well the good Captain is selling a wine from La Barre as a Bordeaux, which in France would be considered at least false advertisement, if not outright fraud. In fact the French wine confederation would likely consider this a violation on the scale of hijacking a starship. It will be added to his tab.
The producers this season are savage.
This is my current thinking too. The DNA rewriting in BOBW, the IS defect, the ability for Picard to hear the Borg in FC, I think Locutus was meant to either be a carrier of the seed for the Borg or like a backup in case of emergencies. With the real Borg still out there and licking their wounds after the end of voyager, maybe this is them trying to get that backup, to reboot the real collective.
I just love that this season is so well done that I’m actually excited enough to be constantly thinking of new theories and enjoying reading other peoples.

Almost certain Worf was partially ripping the p*** out of Picard for that with his head comment.
Is it just me, or is Alondra missing a pip? Is there a black pip I just can't see because of the lighting, or is she meant to be an Ensign, despite Picard calling her Lieutenant?
Bit of a minor niggle, but I keep finding it distracting. Rather like Tuvok's pips did earlynin Voyager. (I think I'd gotten used to it, before it was corrected with him, but with the number of episodes we had pf Voyager, it was easier)

probably just a skin flap ala his old android construction and things like Bishop and other synths from the Aliens franchise
If Locutus inhabited Picard and was assumed dead by the Queen after the cube exploded and Picard was de-Borgified (then shipped off to Daystrom), then the Queen would be well within her rights to tell Picard to kick rocks, since Locutus is missing and all Picard would be is another drone.
I feel the same. The last 3 episodes of season 3 haven't been that great to me and even going back and rewatching some of the first 4 it's clear to me they spent too much time in or near the nebula (over 3 episodes). The battle did not need to be an entire episode IMO.
And i'm having other issues with the overall plot, like why did the changeling need to hire someone to give them a device to sneak into Daystrom? If they were able to take Picard's body without anyone knowing (as they did) why did they need to have a terror attack as a diverson? Why did they need to let it be known there was a theft from Daystrom at all? With how widespread we've now seen the infiltration to be it doesn't really make sense.
So I'm trying to follow the events so this can make sense: Ro somehow finds out something was stolen from Daystrom. She has Worf and Raffi investigate what it was. Before they can find out what was stolen the changelings stage an attack using a portal weapon so people could think that was all that was stolen (but also stole Picard's body at the same time). Maybe they knew Ro was onto them and wanted Ro to think it was just the portal weapon, but then why not kill/replace Ro?
Ok, so to steal the portal weapon and Picard's body they used a card from a criminal to bypass Daystrom's security systems and frame a Romulan for the theft. But if Starfleet was already infiltrated why did this need to be done? Why not just take Picard's body? Picard's body was still taken without anyone else knowing (as far as we know). What is the difference between just taking Picard's body without anyone knowing (which they did anyway) and staging a portal weapon attack? If Starfleet was not infiltrated wouldn't they go through to make sure nothing else was stolen? The portal weapon attack wouldn't stop that.
The plot was obviously written in a way so that the crew could go to Daystrom and pick up Data, but it's just not making that much sense to me. Anyone else?

With how much time was spent on this plot thread and how vital it ended up being to the overall story, it's one of the things that makes a lot of the season fall apart for me. It's the type of thing that doesn't make sense I noticed when watching Picard season 2. Kind of like the red angel arc in Discovery - while I liked a lot of the individual episodes the overall season plot falls apart when you think about it.
