Watched the Ahsoka trailer from the live stream in vain hope it might be different and contain one of the scenes screenshotted Twitter threads, and the subtitles said “opterons return as heir to the Empire”

Well, not exactly... her image almost looked a bit ghostly. Some people went on the internet and claimed that she died. And Filoni gaslighting the viewers at the time in an interview didn't help.

Also I noticed a lack of Hayden is the teaser, as well as the cast younger Ahsoka. Though I suppose the teaser was hype enough without needing Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker in it. (Just the Rebels cast and Thrawn would be enough, but they also gave us a very interesting piece of music to go with them.)
Much later, like July, maybe Anakin hype. Or if they want some massive hype, add Obi-wan, and Rex to the flashback image. Bonus if they also have Cody.

Will Thrawn and Zeb, since he most likely will show up, be the only Rebels characters played by the same actors in Ahsoka?
So far as we know, yes. Though honourable mention for David Tennant, even if he's a Clone Wars character.
The pattern seems to be that everyone that's physically right for their respective roles (or where physicality is irrelevant in the case of droids & performance capture digital puppets) got to keep their roles. Everyone that was recast was either a little too old, or the wrong ethnicity for the role.
It's pretty much why I never seriously doubted who they'd get to play Thrawn, since the only reason not to is if he wasn't interested. Everything else seemed perfect.
And that's mostly because even if they recast him, he'd just show up anyway.
