    Maybe, maybe not.
As one of the two titles that routinely fourth wall break, all that’s needed is a line from Deadpool “does it make sense? No. Are we doing it anyway? Fuck, yes! Deal with it!”

Yep, “Supporting characters from Deadpool series will appear in newest film” isn’t surprising at all.

Ehhh, the mustache disappears when he becomes Red Hulk anyway. I can understand them sidestepping why it would mysteriously return when he changes back (if he even does in this film).

While its definitely possible they go that route I think its way more likely they don't. This is the multiverse saga after all. And even beyond that, why handwave it away with a single joke when you could do so much with Deadpool making fun of his new universe throughout the film?

The casting news also doesn't really tell us anything about the characters themselves. We could be looking at anything from a whole group of characters switching universes to Deadpool harassing the MCU version of these characters who have no idea who he is to the actors playing themselves because Weasel and Blind Al don't exist in that universe.

Learn to understand what you're reading:

"Characters are not built by having them underdeveloped until they get some solo outing."

Bucky was developed in The First Avenger and The Winter Soldier/; he would not have the appeal / impact he's enjoyed if he was barely developed by the time of the Disney+ series. Work was put into making him a compelling character along the way--long before he earned a team-up series.

Hawkeye was another character with strong character-defining building blocks seen in the Avengers movies (shocking, considering the rest of the content). It did not take a solo streaming series to make him a fleshed-out character.

I know Disney are facing major cutbacks but they could have bought a bit more green paint.

Bucky was not a very well developed character in either, we still don't know anything about his life before the war or who he was as a person then that he may want back. All he's defined by is his trauma as the Winter Soldier. We learned more about Sam and who he is as a person in Winter Soldier than we ever have learned about Bucky.

Hawkeye similarly didn't have anything in Avengers, we got a bit more fleshed out in Age of Ultron but that was it until Endgame.

Saying Sam is underdeveloped compared to that is foolish.

Maybe they'll CGI it on later.

Yeah, it's been close to 10 years since he's had anything to do with Marvel Studios. His influence was only over Marvel Entertainment.

Oh, that was that whole thing where Marvel Studios spilt off and all that. I was thinking Perlmutter left when all that went down, I didn't realize he was still in charge of Marvel Entertainment.
