Since it's someone who not only agreed to appear as the character, but also to be interviewed, it's probably not Sisko. But can you imagine? :D
I guess it's Remy Auberjonois or Alexander Siddig.

I guess it's Remy Auberjonois.
Odo: Hear me fellow changelings! No changeling has harmed another! Yet Vadic goes Darth Vader on changelings who fail her!

Vadic: Hey you started the trend back during the war
Auberjonis passed away.

Still hoping for Nana Visitor.
Remy is renes son who is also an actor and looks enough like his dad that he could theoretically play odo

I definitely see the resemblance, and with the make-up, I think it could be quite well done. I don't have a problem with it but I also don't think of roles as sacrosanct.

I googled him, my god; the resemblence to his father Rene is uncanny!

I really hope they pass the role of Odo to his son, it would be fitting in a way.

Can't get over how good this season has been so far. Can't come up with anything remotely coherent until I watch it again but for now:

The negatives - Vadic is still too over the top for my liking.

The positives - pretty much everything else about the episode.

Nostalgia overload with everyone making an appearance. So many excellent scenes / speeches / everything. Daniel Davis may only have been there briefly but he was as excellent as ever. Really liked the LaForge sisters. The Beverly / Geordi hug. The Beverly / Worf hug.

Attack tribbles. :guffaw:

Off the scale brilliance - seeing Voyager. Yes, the other ships were nice but Voyager was the one I really wanted to see. The whole scene with Seven and Jack was brilliant. "The USS Voyager. She made her name farther out than any of those other relics had ever gone. I was reborn there. She was my home. Her crew were my family." Even by Jeri Ryan's standards that was great stuff. And as a dyed-in-the-wool and utterly unapologetic Voyager fan, I just love the show getting a modicum of recognition.

Everyone (except, unfortunately, Riker) in the room when Data was revived. Geordi being the first one he saw / spoke to. I readily admit I got a bit teary at the absolute appropriateness of that.

I suppose there will be a bit of moaning about fanservice and the like but this was done so well I genuinely don't care.

So why the hell have the changelings stolen Picard? And why was Picard there anyway? (It's not unbelievable or anything, just...odd.)

I really need to watch it again. Enjoyed the hell out of it. I really, really hope the remaining episodes can keep this going.

Now to read the rest of the thread.

ETA: Accuracy.
