I'm streaming from Amazon Prime and it doesn't look rough at all.An "improvement" but only so much can be accomplished, it's still going to look rough compared to remastering from film.

That Lucy Xmas episode doesn't look bad to me but I don't have the best eyes. I wonder if in the future if they could train AI off the later color episodes of some of these series to apply to the black-and-white ones for better matching?
Or, better yet, train the audience not to be so narrow-minded and learn to appreciate black & white the way it was meant to look.
Can a moderator please fix the title of this thread for me to not be 22022-2023 season? Or just rename it to Night Court revival?
Never forget that Uncle Timby loves and smiles upon you all.
Did the show forget this is arraignment court? She doesn't get to just declare "guilty."
Watching the original I only see Harry passing sentence with a guilty plea (though it's not a 100% certainty this is always the case) but in the second episode of the new series Abby judy has a line of plaintiffs there for public urination and she just says "guilty, guilty, guilty..." Which... Isn't how it works and is a little to broad and in the face of our justice system (considering how unbalanced it is anymore) past the point of a comedic hand-wave.
Nor should it, really. It's Night Court.
Wile E. Coyote was a defendant in one episode. Not a guy in a Wile E. Coyote costume. Wile E. Coyote.
But, the magical Santa Clause and other such shenanigans are completely realistic?Which... Isn't how it works and is a little to broad and in the face of our justice system (considering how unbalanced it is anymore) past the point of a comedic hand-wave.

Humor must require a class then. I got to remember to add the winky face here. That's a false equivalence. There's a difference between portraying something imaginary and inaccurately portraying something real. The former is obviously poetic license, but the latter can come across looking more like ignorance or laziness.
I guess. I've not struggled with that when it comes to fiction. Must be my odd ball personality.you have to earn it.
