Looks like it can.
I hope the top impulse engines are blown off in battle and they're not replaced.
Are we talking about Titan or Sirena?

Meh. Didn't bother Kirk. She's much more soldier than diplomat. It's what she did for eighteen years.

Raffi is apparently undercover this season, so yeah she may have it.Matalas more or less said the Titan CO was a 12 Monkeys alumni. That would rule out Spiner.
Re: La Sirena, I'm expecting it to pop up somewhere in the season when they need to go on an undercover mission or something, get one last use out of the sets.
Very nice. Like the information about the Constitution III class:New interview with season 3 tidbits and spoilers

The previous Titan wasn’t destroyed, just damaged enough to be retired.
So, in the trailer, you see our hero ship of season three. It’s actually a class that’s called, in Starfleet slang, the Neo-Constitution class or Constitution III. It’s based on a design by fan Bill Krause. Let’s say there are a few fan-designed ships that are canonized this season in the fleet.
Oh, Terry, you are asking for trouble. Starfleet Engineers do not look backwards. That is just not logical! So, we asked ourselves what if Starfleet designers looked backward to some of those old retro designs and updated them? – not unlike today’s modern car designers. But there needed to be a logic to it.
Doug Drexler had the idea that the round saucers and the wide saucers are inherently more stable in an emergency atmospheric entry. Not that we would see that in the season, but hey! It happens! His notion was that the elongated primary hull is more dependent on aerodynamic force fields, and ship’s computers to glide them in.
My prediction: Miles O'Brien will join the cast, but he now has two heads, one of which only speaks Portuguese. No one will acknowledge this shift in his character, and fans who request the story behind the change will be brushed off as notpickers obsessing over needless details.
So basically, I'm hoping for some of the following to be touched on. Not necessarily explained in detail, just vaguely addressed.
- Why Beverly and Jean-Luc, despite their mutual feelings, were never to last as a couple (even in the alternate future of "All Good Things")
- Why the hell Starfleet didn't want Seven of Nine (but took Icheb), and how she found her way to the Fenis Rangers
- Ro Laren and Tom Riker. Some hint at their fates.
- Tasha Tar and/or Sela. Denise Crosby is returning for this season, I think, but no word on how her character has returned.
