It's a core part of the character from the comics, so it will keep happening.Really didn't connect with this one, honestly. A little too glib and not serious for me. I think the fourth wall breaks was what really turned me off.

Wow! Don't quit you job, because it's evident that being a Hollywood producer wouldn't be the best career choice for you.Good God, this show looks Dead on Arrival. Phase 4 has been nothing but a train wreck, maybe this series will lead to an event but OMG She Hulk appears to be as infallible as another Disney + character I can't stand. Kate Bishop.
If they're only making half a million dollars, no wonder the MCU is on the way out.every MCU film over the past 5 years has hit well over half a million in box office revenue
It wasn't perfect, but it was funny and the hour went by pretty quickly.

The weak: The only (admittedly nit-picky) element that pulled me from the moment was how She-Hulk got her powers. The manner in which Banner's blood managed to get into his cousin's bloodstream and instantly infect her felt a bit contrived.
Absolutely.I really hope the MCU picks up Sterns plot line at some point.
Or, Marvel does get the distribution rights to solo Hulk movies back from Universal in 2023...If this gets a second season, I definitely expect them to circle back to Sterns.
I suppose the 'anti-woke police' will be all over this, and there were a few moments where a comment or two about our trash society could have been handled a bit more subtle maybe.

idk, that sounds like they do, no?I am betting the lines were intentionally put there directly to show the anti-woke people that the MCU couldn't give a f**k about what they think--but something did surprise me.
I’ve had to learn to control my anger and emotions when expressing myself because I alienate people if I don’t and was kind of thinking that’s not just a thing women deal with. When she mentioned the risk of violence with that though I realized that is something I haven’t had to deal with and hadn’t really connected before. When Jen said that, as a woman, she is scared and angry all the time my wife stopped the show and told me that is so true. Men have no idea what a woman has to go through and it makes her angry that it never gets discussed enough. We've been married twenty years and she has never said that to me. That line hit home for her, and I'm sure it did for a lot of women watching the show.
Might it have been this?No idea. And whatever I think I remember was from some time ago (like when Tat was cast in the role), so possibly just a rumor?
I've been wondering for awhile now if She-Hulk is meant to circumvent that rights requirement. If the series is popular enough, maybe a Hulk movie that technically gives Maslany top billing over Ruffalo would get us our Hulk movie.
Speaking as someone who grew up on the Bixby series, who loved The Incredible Hulk and thought it was one of the best superhero films for a long time, was super bummed out Norton left role, was completely won over by Ruffalo, and has loved his multi-film arc over the decade plus, I would be fine with that result if it meant a Hulk-centric film. So what if he shares the spotlight with his awesome cousin?I do not see that going over well. Fans have wanted to see a true solo Hulk sequel and if your idea ever becomes reality, to those Hulk fans, it would come off as the Hulk once again punted to guest-star role, rather than lead.
