Spoilers She-Hulk: Attorney at Law discussion thread

All of the ratings are probably useless, including all those 10s it's been given (the majority of the ratings despite being bombed). Until it comes out it's all people with an agenda. Even reviewers with advance copies have seen less than half of it.

Well not zero, reviews are starting to come in, so the critics have seen it, and at least some of the people who worked on it have probably seen it.

Which was blatantly obvious before that particular news broke.

Why?

Because this happens every damn fucking time.

Yet you keep going back to the IMDb well and then plead innocence when you're called out.

Rinse and repeat. Shit, this isn't even the first time you've done this act this month.

How much of the “public” can have seen it two day prior to the debut?

None of them.

(leading question, you knew that.)

The 900 people who gave it 1 star are obsessed with marvels wokification, displacing white straight men from the centre of Marvel's story telling.

And the 1000 people who gave it ten stars are ashamed that there are 900 people who gave She-Hulk 1 star, who are obsessed with marvel's wokification, displacing white straight men from the centre of Marvel's story telling.

Or Marvel paid for a thousand 10 star votes, which is basically an auto dialer and a thousand imdb Pro accounts and maybe 1000 spoofed isp numbers, because they knew that there were a thousand trolls out there who were just going spew the same hate they did about the Captain Marvel movie.

It is possible a thousand woke people saw the review bombing and countered hate with hope but that would mean that Marvel was asleep at the wheel and willing to flush 10s of millions of dollars down the toilet.

It's less possible that this was a false flag operation, where Marvel wanted to gain sympathy as the aggrieved party, and generated all the 1 star reviews themselves so that woke America will mobilize in support of bloodied Jennifer Walters.

One more thing to note from the demographics is that half of the "people" who voted did not fill out thier personal details, so they are probably fake accounts where a thousand people voted twice or one person voted a thousand times, or more likely some where between those two extremes. Although of those "real" people who bothered to spend 5 minutes filling out the personal details to their imdb account, it was still half hate, and half love, but just less people.

Years after Jason Todd was murder by nerds dialing an 0900 number, some sneaky prick with an auto dialer came forward and admitted that he was responsible for half the kill votes that silenced Robin.

All this has happened before, and it will happen again.

Positively excited it's finally here and will watch it as soon as i get back from work.

I just love the anti woke squads and their helpless flailing whenever Marvel does something that can be considered woke - Black Panther, Ms. Marvel and now She-Hulk.

All of them are amazing movies/shows ( judging from the reviews She-Hulk will be very good if not even amazing, i loved all the trailers and clips) and it feeds my soul to hear the crying just because straight white (christian) males are not the center of the show.

Okay, I really enjoyed that. They didn't overdo the fourth wall stuff and the tone was just perfect. The first episode wasn't as out laugh out loud funny as some of the reviews described, but those reviewers got to see the first four episodes. And this one did have some genuine laughs in it. The end credit sequence was a laugh out loud moment for me, and it does indeed answer one of the most asked questions about the MCU history.

There was a slight contradiction with the incredible Hulk movie. In the movie, Bruce survived the gamma exposure due to Betty's contribution to the experiment, not due to any unique genetic features such as what Bruce mentioned in this episode. And we haven't seen all of the Bruce footage that we saw in the trailers, so I'm glad that will be seeing him again.
