He clearly has some reasoning why they should be treated differently, but can't seem to get it out.
They're being treated like any other character, so why is this an unique problem for them?
Because pronouns are so odd?Pronouns have varied since the inception of language.
So it’s because they’re trans and you take issue with that for reasons you can’t articulate. They are not being handled like any other character, they are being included just because of what they are. Not because the story demanded it, not because they are good actors ... they were brought in just to make a statement, at least in Discovery.
In the new SNW episode however, the actor/actress delivered a good performance ... only the pronoun thing took me somewhat out of the story.

I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out after, It didn't stand out at all, It wasn't even important to the story. Unlike Adira where it was a plot point.only the pronoun thing took me somewhat out of the story.

I understand you better than you think. It’s pretty clear what you’re saying and why you’re saying it, that’s why you’re getting the response you’re getting. You’re just frustrated because you’ve never had to defend it.What? I'm really sorry if you are not able to understand my words ...
You asked how long people have been using the singular 'them' so they answered you.
You do realize that this has nothing to do with the current discussion?
