TNG and DS9's were usually around 45 minutes.
Voyager's are 45-46 minutes until the last two seasons when they are 42-43.
Enterprise was 42-44 minutes.
Contrast this all with TOS, which went 50-51 minutes per episode.
Poor downgraded Voyager.
Up until the mid-'70's most hour long shows had about 9-10 minutes of commercials. From the 2000s onwards, 40-42 minutes or less has pretty much been the norm on network shows.
I'm looking forward to seeing how they wrap up the story arcs for all the characters. And what happens with Renee Picard and the Europa mission and Picard and crew getting back to their own time . Also stopping Adam Soong.
The showrunner has already said Season 3 is a separate story from Season 2, so it won't end in a Cliffhanger. Unless it's one that is solved almost immediately in Season 3 episode 1.I think if they are still in LA and the season ends

Not sure how I feel about the Traveler scene. It came out of nowhere and it was incredibly random.
