I'm going to watch Picard first. Despite the ups and downs of the season, I want to see how it ends and that start into SNW.

Personally, I tend to include the credits and recap. It helps me cope when episodes are shorter than I'd like.

I guess, counting front and back credits, the Berman-era shows were generally around 42 minutes per pop?
