A look into the Ready Room of #StarTrekPicard 207 “Monstes”. While not really a Ready Room that Picard had on a ship, it is a fractured state of mind, like a dream where you wake up in your house…that isn’t your house. The Splinter in the Minds Eye. The riom is decorated with pieces from Picard’s past, the coffee table from Janeway’s Ready Room. Some model ships he would have been building as a kid and other unique elements.

Picard's new body is still human; it's physically identical to his old one (save the Irumodic Syndrome). So I can only assume that he could indeed father a child if he so chose.

This is what PIcards Body looked like before they plugged PIcard into it.

Golem.webp

It may be able to trick a scan, or even trick the naked eye during surgery, but at it's core, that is technology.

Relevance of any of the above?

Go back a page, which was 10 minutes ago in real time, I was talking about Rene and Robert.

They died, and Jean-Luc became the last person to his family tree, and then he died.

I asked if robot Picard is still the last Picard, and if he can make babies are they humanoid enough to qualify as the new last Picard?

Regardless, Picard is currently in confederation Picard's body so he is biologically the confederation last Picard and not the Federation Last Picard, so if he made a baby before he gets back to his own time, it's not his kid.

Although I feel like Confederation Picard has children strewn across the Galaxy and any talk about a last Picard is fanciful.

He thought he could near the end of TNG.

TNG Blood Lines.

He made children in The Inner Light.

Yeah, but we don't know definitively if he was sterile. Meanwhile, Data definitely did have a daughter without any biological conception. It's such a weird thing to get hung up on and to define "humanity" by. I have family who had to get pregnant using IVF; should I now define her as an android?

Confed Picard probably had Robert and Rene killed. He started with the winery and took the universe.

Merlin is really good and the characters are likable charming and someone you can identify with. The women look like women and are attractive and strong without being woke.

The Men are Men without being effeminate and woke. The writers know to write each episode with an over reaching story arc.

I urge everyone to watch it on free iplayer and you will surprised at how good the STORY TELLING is.

I knew I'd heard this somewhere before ...

spare me your judgement

No. I don't spare you my judgment. Interpreting a difference of creative opinion as an insult to a tiny minority of fans who have strong opinions about not mixing genre tropes is immature. It's ridiculous. You can just dislike something without taking it as an attack on you.

Why should women have to be attractive? Why can't women just be people without needing to be decorations?

The Men are Men without being effeminate

Why do men have to constantly be the same boring old gender role? What can't we have some effeminate men to break up the routine and keep things interesting?

and woke.

So the characters sleep through every episode?

So Confed Shinzon was probably a stand up guy?

What about Shinzon's Kids?

He said that he was raped a lot when he was younger, by Reeman woman. Of course since it was pitch black underground, he wasn't always sure if he was being taken advantage of by men or women.

I was wondering if that's another reason Federation Picard wanted to oversee the Romulan evacuation. To scour through the medical records of billions of Romulans Refugees for Picard DNA?

Elnore Picard.

his first body is destroyed in Lonely Among Us, in TNG season 1, his consciousness is reintegrated in a transporter copy, which we watched the adventures of for the next decades. The third body is the synth one. Well, in fact this season we’re seeing him in his fourth body, as he’s inhabiting the synth body originally belonging to general Picard. Jean-luc is a dedicated body-hopper for sure!

pretty much. Synth Picard is no different.
In between he also had a kid's body and was restored by transporter, and he began to turn into a pigmy marmoset - and half machine Borg, of course.

You mean the fundamental field replicator with a neurocotamic interface? ;) (Yeah, Jurati gave it a technobabble explanation that would normally be all that Trek fans need to feel good about a new piece of tech, but because the 'use your imagination' bit had already come first, no one registered the techie explanation).
It's basically Exocomp 2.0 ;)

I doubt there ever was a Shinzon in the Confederation timeline. I bet General Picard wiped out the Romulans before they could clone him.

At the very least, the Confederation would have been way too dangerous a threat, the Romulans (if they still existed) would never dare try to clone Picard.
