If it was ok in past Trek it's fair game now.
This wasn't the best episode but Star Wars? No.

Oh, that race where the princess is Tilly’s best friend who could recrystallise dilithium 40 years before it was possible. I get you now. She's a human.
Her holo was a Xahean.
Well, before humans discovered how, anyway.Oh, that race where the princess is Tilly’s best friend who could recrystallise dilithium 40 years before it was possible. I get you now.
Ouch! You should also edit your post before the PC crowd attack you.![]()

Maybe just the books, but they fleshed that out and tried to tie to the Preservers. Same group that transplanted the Native Americans. Made a bunch of bonus Earths for some of their other social experiments, apparently.Wasn't here more than one of these "period piece" planets in TOS ?
So, something I'm not really sure about. Why did Sa'Kul have to shut down the simulation? Was there something stopping them from beaming out while it was on?

It's not what I wrote.
i’m not sure this happened. I don’t think that the Chain is mentioned at all once the viridian is blown up, so they might have joined the federation, became less aggressive or still be mortal enemies, we have no way to know right now.the Federation would join with them given her absence.
instead of actually answering any of my questions and actually engaging in a constructive conversation. Oh well, too bad, but I won’t lose sleep over it.I appreciate you have now answered it. In which case, you don’t actually disagree with what I said. The only thing left for me to do is act on your earlier suggestion.
Power of "cool" pew pew pews. Absolutely makes no sense.USS Discovery vs the station's defences and every single Federation ship inside it somehow wasn't destroyed in about 30 seconds.
1v 10, 1v20 ?
...Perhaps because they learned that the Emerald Chain is in the habit of throwing itching power in through those?
How was that supposed to work? Since when have starships been vulnerable to poison canisters being thrown at them?

With the newest upgrades of any of the ships there? Sounds about right to me.Those other Federation ships are pretty useless as they couldn’t even damage the Discovery. A 900 year old ship no less
I once toyed with the idea of a DS9 fanfic where the Defiant crew realised their turbolift graphics indicate decks 6 and 7 when dialogue says 5 and the cutaway graphics only say 4. In my mind, the lower decks were a terrifying extra dimensional hellish bizarro land complete with faceless crewman. Now they've solved the Burn, next season they can search for where the heck that cavernous space is inside Discovery.
If they're smart they'll never specify it. Stargate never did and nobody questioned how long it took to get to or from Vulcan. So how fast exactly is their maximum warp now? I wish they gave us a sense of distance between destinations so we could get an idea.
Vulcan is very close to Earth and they got here in under an hour. They can’t be that far from Earth then
what was Vance trying to do, then? Especially when he orders t fire harder or something along that...Huh? Surely nobody wanted to destroy Discovery. I mean, who would have wanted to? Osyraa? Vance? Zora?
So nobody would seriously fire at her. But she wouldn't stop firing, either. So, endless pew-pew, until something gave.
