Isn’t CBS launching All-Access internationally later this year? That may be where Lower Decks and Strange New Worlds end up.
Lower Decks Comic-Con Panel on the 23rd. It will be free to stream for everyone.

I did wonder if that might be the reason why, but considering that we haven't heard a peep about CBS All Access in the UK yet I doubt we'll be getting it anytime soon.
Then again Disney made people here wait months to see The Mandalorian on Disney+. However while Netflix still has Discovery (as well as all the older shows) and Amazon has Picard it would mean for many people signing up to yet another service to see a Star Trek series.
If that is what will happen to Lower Decks I'd probably either sign up for 1 month (might cost nothing with a free trial) to see it or wait for the DVD/Blu-ray release.

This doesn't feel like region locking, so much as a browser compatibility issue. Got the latest Flash player plugin installed and I tried FireFox, Internet Explorer and Edge (all latest releases), and none of them work. Also, just in case, I tried bouncing my domain redirect through several places around the world and that didn't make it work either. I won't install Google Chrome spyware on my machine, so I guess I need to wait for another source.

Try TOR browser extension for Firefox. Set the region to what might work.I'm getting this:

It is clearly heavily inspired by TNG, which is a bit anachronistic, you see Romulans in the trailer wearing their TNG uniforms instead of their Nemesis uniforms. But fuck it, I'm all for the nostalgia and it's an animated series, plus maybe the full context will explain it.

Looks like there’s a TOS shuttle and a TMP air tram as shuttles on Qo’nos.
Interesting angle of the ship. I’m liking it a lot more than before, but I think the detachable warp sled theory has likely been debunked with that scene.
