Donny's Non-Trek Stuff

If you wanted to take a greeble break now would be a good time to learn Babylon 5, because Minbari fish-ships would be a great segway. Plus it would get you started on organic shapes.

Or you could do one of the mom cal cruisers I suppose. But then you would have a reason to check out B5 :)

The various Naboo ships from the prequels don't have a lot of greebles, and then you get to play around with chrome plating and reflections every damn place. :p

The "TIE Advanced x1" is Darth Vader's fighter from the original Star Wars. The "TIE Advanced v1" is the Inquisitors' ships from the "Rebels" cartoon, which doesn't have the big flat section in back, and has curved wings that fold in to land.
There was also that new Outland TIE used by Moff Gideon in Mandalorian that looked like a classic TIE but more of a hybrid with folding wings (that folded out instead of in).

Dayum! I expect to see David Prowse in full costume "rounding" the corner, uh, curve!

Decided to re-texture and optimize my previous E-11 Stormtrooper Blaster Rifle model from 2015, as it was one of the first projects I undertook when learning Substance Painter. This is how the blaster appeared in A New Hope, as opposed to it's later appearances. Here ya go!

Here's an image how a Sterling submachine gun was converted into an E-11 for the film:

Here's a comparison to my 2015 model:
