I love Patton Oswalt but that Koenig definitely deserved both of those clapbacks.
Another terrific episode, although I could've done without Daisy's last-second order to Deke to kill Freddie if only because we knew that wouldn't actually happen. Hopefully there's some kind of repercussions for her decision with Mack.
I'm curious to see what's going on with Yo-Yo and May. They both seem to be suffering from lasting effects from the battles in the last season.
Poor Enoch. He missed the boat because he was displaying signs of compassion towards Koenig. I'm certain we haven't seen the last of him. In fact, I bet being left behind will turn out to be a boon because it will allow him to prepare for the next fight whenever our heroes jump to (I'm guessing during the SSR days).
Where's Fitz?! Or rather, when's Fitz?! Yeah, I know it's only been two episodes but he's sorely missed!

I'm not missing Fitz (sorry). FitzSimmons should (however) get their happy end at the end.

Liked that Coulson LMD looked to Mack for the decision making (ramp closing).
Enoch will be waiting for them, when/wherever they show up I'm sure.
Yo-Yo: seems to have issues that are PTSD like for all that's happened and her reluctance to accept the upgraded human-like hands.
May: who knows, but way overpowered to be fighting Enoch after just "coming back alive". Odd too that she "dismissed" Coulson LMD so cold. It's the opposite of Daisy, who didn't hesitate a second to push the "activate Coulson LMD" button.
Best line was Koenig's "marvelous" one IMO

Those two things are almost certainly related.
I'm OK with it because it felt 100% like a Daisy thing to do. I always prefer when characters behave in accordance with their character and not just to drive the plot.
Also consider in on a personal level; her mother is alive and well out there at that very moment. If she cripples Hydra then and there then maybe Whitehall doesn't carve her up into little bits and maybe she (or a version of her) gets to grow up with a non-psychotic family. Maybe Ward manages to escape his past a be a better person like the version she met in the framework. Maybe Trip doesn't die needlessly in a Kree temple trying to save her from trying to fix her own mistakes.
Of course the flip side of that is maybe Steve Rogers never becomes Captain America, Banner never becomes the Hulk, Howard Stark never develops Arc reactor technology from studying the tesseract, and so maybe when the Chitauri show up in 2012 the Avengers aren't there to stop them....and the snap happens years early and is never undone.
Stating the obvious but May seems to have left her soul behind in that other dimension. Not sure what the deal is with Yo-Yo though.
Also, side note: there are now two Enochs living in that timeline. One wonders if he'll try to contact himself, or maybe Noah?

Looks like they’re jumping every now and then until they are back to the present, which is 2023 in the MCU I believe.
I gotta say...you turned me around on her thinking. If we had at least given some inkling of that thinking then it would've worked better. Maybe if and when she and Mack talk about it, she'll bring up one or more of those issues. If so, her "sudden" decision will sit better with me.
That's the pesky thing about changing the past (if you can in fact change the past). At least first two episode kind of addressed that, although granted doing anything more probably would've derailed the flow of the plot.
Yeah, but I hope that's no the case with May. That's a common trope for people coming back from the dead, so I'm hoping something else will play out.
More Enochs the better!
I initially thought that the 1930s Koenig who got shot, was fatally hit and then Enoch somehow saved and turned him into LMD/clones or so.
However he seems fine and the promo shows the 40s are next, so he'd still be around.
I'm positive however the Koenigs will be explained/revealed during this final season.

They've still got the old-school logo, so I guess it will change with the decades.
So we had some quite interesting developments in this episode. Koenig, despite running a speakeasy and being a petty crime boss, proved to be a generally decent guy and quite helpful to the Agents. He also got a good look at the SHIELD "spaceship," and learned that Enoch is a "robot." Now Enoch is trapped in the past and has teamed up with Koenig. Obviously, this will somehow lead to the identical Koenig brothers of the present who serve SHIELD, but it's not clear how. Are they really this Koenig's grandchildren, as Enoch said, perhaps with some enhancements or refinements courtesy of Enoch, with the responsibility of SHIELD passed on from generation to generation, like the Phantom? Or are they full-on "robots?" And where does the Koenig sister fit in?
Poor Deke was thrust into quite a moral dilemma, courtesy of Daisy's reckless desire to make some temporal waves. To his credit, he did the right thing, which will probably elevate him in Mack's eyes. Daisy will have some 'splainin' to do, though.
In any case, HYDRA was saved and the Chloroforms were defeated, only to head on to their next rendezvous with destiny. It looks like the currents of the time stream will keep the Agents guessing, but it shouldn't be too hard for Enoch to hook back up with them at their next stop as long as he keeps close watch for them.
In other news, it appears that an injured May is still capable of defeating a Chloroform in hand-to-hand combat, even when he's downloaded the latest martial arts upgrade. And she still exhibits loyalty and protectiveness to the team, despite her new Vulcan-like stoicism-- though apparently she's not impressed with RoboCoulson. The big question is, what ails her? Is this a side effect of her death in the other world, or a defect in Gemma's healing machine, or is it just a really bad case of PTSD?
