Can I just ask fellow collectors. I’m in the uk and subscribe to discovery and normal starship collection. The normal collection is ok, I used to get the ships sent really early, meaning I often got them before others. Now it seems I don’t (but I don’t mind too much).

However the discovery collection has been awful and I wondered if any other discovery subscribers had found this too. I’m still waiting for my worker bee was told they’d had ‘supply issues’ but would be in with the Edison. Edison and Festoon have been and went without any worker bee. I also haven’t received the T Plana-hath or the Klingon raider or the class C shuttle. However I’ve seen other get them. What have others had. I’m going to destination Star Trek and feel like asking Ben why the models are so good but the service is so bad. Love to k ow if I’m the only one

@Tuskin38 beat me to the punch, but the quality is pretty good. I have two, one is the smallest 4" scale (refit) and the color features are a bit muddy compared to the slighly larger 5" I have of the Odyssey class.

Overall I'd recommend, but bigger seems to be better - however, I think if the color palette of a 4" model is simple it probably would be fine.

No worker bee here in the States either (at least for me). All subscribers are usually several months behind what’s available on their online store. I’m still missing a couple of models from the regular line and the Bonaventure magazine. Never got the Spacedock, and when I heard they wouldn’t be making them anymore I went straight to eBay to get one before the prices got too stupid-high. Just the cost of doing business with Eaglemoss, I guess. YMMV.

The Spacedock is still listed on the US online store? I've also been waiting ages for the Bonnie magazine. I'm seriously considering dropping the subscription and just buying from the online store and ebay. Eaglemoss sends me so many emails with discount codes I won't be losing any money. As I posted earlier, I'm getting a shipment but it's only issue #158 and it's only the second shipment since April!! I broke down and bought 4 ships that weren't sent as the hole in my collection seemed to be ever growing. Of course all the ships (except #150) were available on the online store.

I did that when I missed a bunch that had been “out of stock” for way too long. They eventually all started showing up over a year later. Sold off the duplicates on eBay. The one benefit to the subscription is that they’re all. generally less expensive than purchasing them individually through the store. It’s the only reason I keep my subscription active these days.

A month ago, on the Eaglemoss online store, I ordered a Wonder Woman figure for my wife, and 2 Starships binders (the expensive ones they CLAIM to have in stock in the store, not the cheap ones they never do).

Got the Wonder Woman a week later.

Two days ago I got a shipping notice from Eaglemoss. “Yay,” I thought, “my binders!”

Nope. The SAME Wonder Woman, shipped again.

Still no binders. Cust. Rep. On the phone had zero clue as to when they’d be sent OR why I was sent a second WW.

Yeah their logistics infrastructure has taken a big hit recently, for some unknown reason, and they appear to have yet to fully recover. It’s very strange. Usually this kind of weirdness happens when they open a new data center or shipping warehouse. This time it’s a mystery. No apparent explanation for it, even in rumor.

Just got charged for my Klingon raider in the u.s. a few days ago, no email yet. Usually takes a couple of days. Looks like they have shipped one a month since issue #3. (There was a delay in the disco klingon bop, but they sent a notice and I think offered some kind of gift, maybe a binder.)

Which reminds me, eaglemoss, please send me another disco binder. Pwetty pwetty pwease?

I had to call them up to get a second one. For some reason, that one doesn’t appear to be automatic like the main line subscription. I’m about due for a third, in fact.

Someone on reddit said they ordered one on the 13th and got it yesterday. It seems to be really random how they get them out lol

That is quite a broad difference in provisioning. Might have to do with the size of the model, availability of materials, and any number of other unknown factors.

For those who have received United Earth Sarajevo NC-27, does the mag identify its class? Is it of the NC class?

    Errrm.... What? ... How?
What kind of 3D printer do you use? How can you get models in this quality, with this kind of surface aztecing, inscription, etc... ? That's amazing!

Cryptic has partnered with a 3D printing service.

You can upload your own ship (if you have the game on PC), or you can print ones other people uploaded and made public, you can also changed their name and registry.
    https://mixeddimensions.com/gameprint/captures

Mixed Dimensions also has some preset options you can choose from, which you can also choose the name and registry for. These ones are hand painted and larger, so more expensive to order.

^ This is cool because you can print customised models, or ships that Eaglemoss hasn’t made yet. For instance, finally got myself the Nihydron destroyer, Benthan cruiser, Shroomies ship, and the Yamaguchi/Zhukov variant of the Ambassador class!*

*That’s the one with shorter nacelle pylons and nacelle caps on the bussard collectors.
