Arrow - The Final Season

I wasn't too keen on the direction the last season went at the end. But of course I'll be watching this anyway.

It’s 10 episodes and you can at least say you completed it.

Considering the title, I wonder if the first few episodes won’t even have Oliver. Here I was thinking they would use Arrow as the key feeder into the Crisis crossover.

With the two future kids promoted to season regular, maybe this final season will be set in 2040??

Or they're just going to continue the flashforwards on a regular basis, like they did with the flashbacks for seasons 1-5.

Roy was a regular last season, and his appearances were mostly in flashforwards.

I think it was mentioned way back when Thea started appearing more sporadically (whilst still being a regular) that the contracts for regulars require appearances in 13 out of 23 episodes or something like that. Since this is only a 10 episode season, it's possible one can be a regular and appear in maybe only 6 out of those, so I wouldn't go so far as to bet on a "future only" season based solely on this.

Good points!! I stand corrected.

“Adrian Chase comes back in a different way than expected,” showrunner/executive producer Beth Schwartz tells EW. “We’re really excited about that because obviously he’s one of our favorite villains.” Meanwhile, Donnell is “not coming back as the Tommy we know,” teases executive producer Marc Guggenheim."
Probably alternate earth versions of them

I'm thinking that the season will switch between Oliver traveling to other Earths with lots of returning guest stars and the wrap-up of the Star City 2040 storyline. I wouldn't be surprised if ex-Team Arrow mostly appear as alternate versions of themselves. (And in bad old-age makeup in the future.)

The bottoms of the chest panels are a bit weird, but the stuff around the shoulders looks good. And the longer hair combined with the almost-goatee stubble they're still flirting with makes him look more heroic, more like the ideal Green Arrow he's been growing toward all these years.
