Spoilers Will we see an Enterprise in Season 3?

Do you think we see a new Enterprise?

I'd find it really neat if they stumbled upon a historical record of all the Enterprises and then they'd notice it simply stops after let's say M or N, as a first suggestion of something having happened to the Federation in the meantime. And then they'd find the wreck blown open with centuries-old frozen corpses still floating around it.

I would rather not see the Enterprise, whatever letter they're up to. One new Enterprise at a time. We have the Discoprise. I'm sure the Picard Series will show us the Enterprise-F.

I'd call that grim, not neat! :ack:

Too early unfortunately by a decade, its not launched until 2409, the Odyssey prototype itself is launched in 2405.

They could easily show it us with a bit of a time jump though if they want to, probably no accident that they want to avoid the ST Online content though.

As for Discovery that remains to be seen, it depends on the state of the Federation in the future and whether or not Control was actually stopped, clearly all is not going to be well.

It also depends on how the Picard and S31 shows play out as well as they are set before it.

We haven’t properly seen it so far. :)
I doubt they’ll be a Enterprise in that timeline.

That doesn't matter if they want to show an Enterprise-F.
True they could ignore all of it if they want but I dont think they will unless they truly have to.

I would love to see the F but it seems odd that they set the show a decade before its launch if that was the case.

I don't know? They'll have a lot more free time now that they can't really fall back on fanwank.
Dude, the new season's going to be even more fanwank than before. Now they can bring in the Borg, the Dominion, the Romulans. And they can reference stuff from TNG, DS9 and Voyager to their heart's content. They'll probably limit how much they reference stuff from the Picard Show because it's in production and they don't want to risk contradiction or spoilers, but it's otherwise open season on the Trek Canon.

Do you also kick puppies in your spare time? :p
