Discovery has been doing that all season.

One of my favorite moments in the finale was when a Burke chair went flying.

Well, most of the DSC ships as well.

I was so sad when she got separated from Wall-E.

Whilst I have some quibbles about the design, it is easily the best looking ship in the show. Retro elements make it much more appealing that the overly stylised angular sleekness of the rest of the fleet. Also, saying things like 'outdated shapes' is just blatantly ludicrous.

That kinda looks like the pigs from Angry Birds.

All those cool bots, why did Ben Finney have to go climb in an ion pod?

All of Starfleet was given at over 7000 ships, and that is after the Klingons took out 2/3 of the fleet.

I really don't know how to feel about that.

I've always had the opinion Star Trek was severely lacking in robots. Which was obviously originally a budget thing.

But justrandomly throwing them in there, without any further explanation didn't really work for me either. Weird.

I guess the word "eventually" has become accurate again in this thread title, but no, I don't think we'll be seeing Enterprise again in DSC. Maybe we'll see all their distant descendants, the same actors with a tiny amount of makeup added. (Tasha/Sela style)

    More space robots, yes.

Even in 1967 that made no sense.

But is every bit Prime Canon as the Roomba bots the Enterprise now has. :techman:

I think the Discovery and Enterprise robots look absolutely ridiculous, but hey...that's just me.

They certainly don't match the production design of most of the rest of DSC.
