Grid07, Quad 09...?

Coreward side of the "Outer Arm" - which I want to call the "Norma-Cygnus" arm...in the general direction of Orion and Gemini, if I read that correctly.

Checks Star Charts...I can see how Discovery could get there, but how could Enterprise...?

Subspace shortcuts, probably?

Space seems bright in this show when they're indoors.

And things in our culture are comically big. Pickups, nuclear family homes, even the new bank in town. We want space. Especially in space, I guess.

Wow.

Sweet Enterprise, the hallways, bridge, turbolift, bridge whistles, uniforms!

Enterprise looks a bit small next to Discovery

Po world is a good tie in with the short treks. So who is that dude in the future discovery then? We haven't seen him on the crew yet.

First I thought they are killing off Michael character, then disco crew goes with her including Spock. But we know Spock will live...

The farewell entry logs are a bit much, but that is ok.

Ash will keep sec 31 alive perhaps with Georgious.

Like how Michelle tells Pike she is Terran.

I hope all the sentimentality means we're really getting a major status quo change next week. Otherwise, this will have been a waste of time. Despite all the handwringing, I didn't really believe Burnham was in danger, and my engagement decreased even further when Spock joined up. Clearly he's coming back. We'll see next week if they have the guts to follow through on this.

I didn't really enjoy Po. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting so much whimsy in the penultimate episode, but this felt like filler.

Wasn't sure what to make of the Culber/Stamets scene. Odd time for that conversation, but at least the actors got something to do. After a fairly promising start this season, this storyline has again failed to develop in a meaningful way. Disappointing.

Liked the new Enterprise bridge less the more I saw it. Between all the lights and all the shine, I thought it needed toned down -- a common sentiment for me with Discovery. But it could have been much worse. I appreciate the respect they paid the original design.

The best part of the episode was the Burnham/Sarek/Amanda scene, I thought. A good turn from Frain.
