    Would love to see your take on the ST3 Excelsior bridge. Was a sterile looking but neat contemporary design.

    Okey, I went back into the Frontier, working a bit more on the aft section.

    Know what I thought about looking at this new pic? Cup Holders! We know they drink coffee, or tea, or ractajeno.. but there's no cup holders.. :D Maybe add like a cup of orange soda on one of the renders.. not the final one.. :)
    Maybe labels on the doors? Ready room, conference room, fresher??
    Looks good!

    TOO MUCH PINK! :)
    Other than the loud-coloring (if you do plaid i will be forced to shoot you! :D) which im sure is just a placeholder, its a great design! I can see some elements from the Defiant in the ceiling.
    The whole look is really fantastic!
    If you don't mind, I think I will borrow some elements of this for one of my own designs.

    I for one don’t think the coloring is too loud. I like it.

    It's not all bad (could be my screen) but I'd certainly darken the red carpet a bit.
    It's an extremely minor criticism of an excellent build.

    @Rekkert, those empty spots on the back walls to either side of the screen look like they're just big enough for replicators.

    Once I get around to finishing the steps, the whole floor will get a blue center area, so it'll be less red overall. :)

    @Matthew Raymond: The corridors going out at each side of the MSD will contain at least one replicator once I model them.

    Worked on the forward alcoves. I've replaced the TNG alert status indicator with one of the light columns from the Enterprise-E, however these will essentially serve the same purpose as the TNG ones, as they'll have LCARS indicators.

    The doors were also modified, to make them all the same height and have the Voyager style.

    I've reworked the floor to flow better around the horseshoe. There's now a step upwards on the command area, and the second step is now moved a lot further back and toward the sides. This makes the whole area a lot easier to walk through. I've still got to polish up the shape of the steps, but overall the floor layout's done now.

    This brought with it a couple of new ideas to the table. First the chair for the tactical console now sits a lot higher on the ground, so I've added a little foot rest to it, kinda like a stool.

    Second, the horseshoe got a modified front section, both to stop it from colliding into the step, and to make walking around it just a tad easier.

    I've also worked on the aft walls. Per my client's suggestion, I've added some Defiant-style access panels on top of the walls, with some Odyssey style panels below them. These last panels have a layout based on these from the Ent-D's brig set.

    I like your solution to the horseshoe/step issue. It looks good and is practical - best of both worlds.

    @Rekkert, not sure why, but the ceiling feels a bit low near the back. Just feels slightly dark and claustrophobic.

    That's a neat solution to the tactical console.

    @Jedman67: :D

    @SCE2Aux: Thanks! I'm quite happy with how it turned out myself. :)

    @Matthew Raymond: Yes, that's certainly an issue. The floor is higher while the ceiling is lower at the back. As you can see below, I've made some changes to try and address that very issue.

    @ashefivekay: Thanks!

    I've kept working on the horseshoe, modifying the top facing wood faces so that they curve in a more pronounced way than the bottom faces. This means that the thickness is the same as on the TNG horseshoe at ground level, but at the top, it's twice as much. I've also added a new tactical station on top of it, heavily inspired by the Nemesis Enterprise-E station.

    I've also worked on the aft alcove, making the MSD screen and the doors larger. The doors are now identical to the forward ones, but they'll actually be removed on the final bridge, replaced by just a frame. I just haven't gotten around to modeling the corridors that go behind them yet, so having doors look better than having holes. :p

    I've also modified the aft ceiling, opening up the alcove a bit and making it feel a little less claustrophobic, while adding more light.

    @Rekkert, not sure how much work this is, so feel free to ignore me, but I was thinking part of what's bugging me with the ceiling is that the curve of the step up to the ceiling lights doesn't follow the curve of the stations, but rather cuts forward abruptly.

    Since its been on my mind, have you considered doing any Probert concepts, like his early sketches for the Enterprise D bridge? Been near obsessed with the concept since seeing it used in a fan comic series online. http://trekcomic.com/comic/2018-10-23/
