It's not region locked, at least not for me in canada.

They mention a lot of Murders and Homicides that Harry has apparently taking part in...
Thank goodness the next ten years mellows him out a bunch.

Looks good to me. You must live somewhere where they've got some amazing people selling Halloween masks, because I've sure never seen one that good. I'll gladly take it over the forehead wrinkle of the week we got during Berman era Trek. The Tellarite mask is WAY worse than the make-up they used on ENT!
Seriously. It's not even "make-up" anymore. It's a straight up Halloween-mask: Completely solid, no movement whatsoever, and the actor can't even speak through it. It's worse than their Klingon masks!
How did make-up on Star Trek got so much WORSE since the Berman-era????
Maybe “I’ve been falsely accused” plays a part.but I do agree the 20 counts of homicide things is a surprise.
It would be funny as Hell if he has bragged so often about his "multiple kills" that it has been blown out of proportion now and has backfired on him.Maybe “I’ve been falsely accused” plays a part.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to it.
Exactly. Pretty much how I read it.It would be funny as Hell if he has bragged so often about his "multiple kills" that it has been blown out of proportion now and has backfired on him.

I've always figured Harry to be the kind of guy who really isn't evil at heart, he just wants everybody to think so.Exactly. Pretty much how I read it.![]()
I still beluieve everything shown on ST: D WRT Harry Mudd is before he was sent to Frderation rehab:I've always figured Harry to be the kind of guy who really isn't evil at heart, he just wants everybody to think so.
I think his murdering mayhem on board the Discovery wasn't premeditated.
The first time he killed Lorca was probably an accident.
Then when he finally realized after many repetitions that he wasn't ever going to escape till he figured out a way to get the crew to help him, he began doing it just for the fun of it.
His ultimate goal was to get the spore drive plans and leave, the Lorca bit was just some frosting on his cake.
(that he neither ate or even got)

MUDD: Harry Mudd.
COMPUTER: Incorrect.
MUDD: Harcourt Fenton Mudd.
SPOCK: Any past offenses, Mister Mudd?
MUDD: Of course not. Gentlemen, I'm simply an honest businessman.
COMPUTER: Incorrect.
MUDD: Blast that tin-plated pot.
COMPUTER: Full data coming on screen.
RUTH: If it can read our minds, too.
MUDD: It can't, darling. It can't. Just what's on the record.
COMPUTER: Offense record. Smuggling. Sentence suspended. Transport of stolen goods. Purchase of space vessel with counterfeit currency. Sentences, psychiatric treatment, effectiveness disputed.
Perhaps it's "effectiveness" was questionable because he isn't the psychopath he wantes people to think he is?I still beluieve everything shown on ST: D WRT Harry Mudd is before he was sent to Frderation rehab:
From TOS (S1) - "Mudd's Women":

"Sentences, psychiatric treatment, effectiveness disputed."
^^^
It may indeed be that prior to this (IE in the time frame of ST: D) Harry Mudd was a bit meaner, and a bit more sociopathic then after the treatment, so perhaps it was effective to a point.
Maybe “I’ve been falsely accused” plays a part.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to it.
Yeah, this would definitely work, and fit Mudd's preestablished character. I wouldn't be surprised if half the stuff he's done, or been accused of doing, was BS.It would be funny as Hell if he has bragged so often about his "multiple kills" that it has been blown out of proportion now and has backfired on him.
