What games are you playing currently?

I've suddenly started playing games like Gone Home, Firewatch, and such. I don't know why but I'm finding them fun. Very relaxing gameplay, and point and click adventures, I got the Animation Arts collection on steam and that has 6 of them including Lost Horizons and the Secret Files games.

Very behind on the gaming scene... it's like a whole other world if you skip a few years. Can't get over this whole fortnite phenomenon. There are claims that Epic Games is clearing $300 million a month on it? WTH?
trust me, Fortnite is a virtually incomprehensible phenomenon even if you are actively following the industry

I played it for like an hour and didn't get the appeal, hell I still don't get the appeal. How did this become so popular?

Well, it is said a wide range of demographics play Fortnite, ranging from Gen Z to BabyBoomers. Of course, percentages aren't qualified... so one can only presume that Gen-Z dominates. ;)

There's no more letters in the alphabet, but we do have numbers :)
I was expecting they'd switch to the Greek alphabet next. Omega is the unnerving one. ;)

What is The allure of Fortnite?
Not sure. I downloaded it at the behest of some of my younger friends and I sucked ass at it and promptly deleted it from my hard drive. They play it night after night after night and love it. I had no desire to play it again after two sessions. Granted, I've never been good at online multiplayer, but I kept going back for Red Dead Redemption Online, GTA V Online and Mortal Kombat X Online. Fortnight just never clicked with me though
