What games are you playing currently?

Did some work on Yo Kai Watch last night, was able to friend more Yo Kai and do some more leveling up. Hoping to do some more work today.

Can't start anything new now, COD is out in 11 days which will take up all my spare time between now and Crimbo,

been playing early access Forza Horizon 4 for a couple of days now, looks and plays amazing on Xbox One X

Forza Horizon 4 soon hopefully. I need to judge how well they captured Edinburgh. There better be trams.

Just picked up Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition. Very pretty, not sold on the gameplay yet.

Yeah I felt the same at the outset, it's... an acquired taste to be sure - and overall probably my least favorite aspect. It does have depth tho, so it's absolutely possible to get into it.

The game overall makes it well worth it to stick with it. The writing in small sidequests in this game is of higher quality than the main story in a lot of its open world / RPG competitors.

Ok, so I'm far enough into Fallout 4 now, and I feel like the game got a bad rap mostly due to the settlement stuff. It's really not a bad game. It's definitely more colourful than previous outings, and that's a plus for me. Feels like they used a more vibrant palette instead of the dull grey that was everywhere in the two previous games. Also feel like the game has a lot of personality with some really good quests, The Last Voyage of the USS Constitution being one of my favourites.

Also stumbled upon a quest where a kid thinks he see sea monster on the horizon. When you get there, you find out it's a sub, but not any old sub; a chinese sub with a chinese ghoul captain. That particular detail really impressed me, because in Fallout lore, you always hear about china via terminals and such, never directly. Nice touch to have a character like this that expands the lore.

Anyway, I've just been having a lot of fun with the game. It's definitely not quite as bad as it's been made out to be.

Just finished the story on Spider-Man, I'm at 94% complete, which is impressive. I don't usually get anywhere close to that complete on open world games. I'm going to try to 100% it.

Caught the sale at GameStop last week, 4 Games for $10. I played Mass Effect & Mass Effect 2 to make sure the discs worked, unlocked an achievement for each one!

Knee deep into The Witcher III now. Lot of fun. Though some quests, like the "Bloody Baron" are so long they border on tedious.

I just finished the main story stuff in Novigrad, and so far the Bloody Baron stuff has been my least favorite part of the game.
