Just a couple with some TNG/DS9 styled hair would be great. So we know that the bald look was a choice or particular to certain Klingons. Would also be nice to see some weapons with slightly more simple shapes so they actually look like Klingon weapons, and maybe some ships what look a little more like the ones we know.
Keep the new stuff they designed, some was quite good, but add in the existing aesthetic too. This way the Klingons are added to rather than redesigned.

I speculated awhile back that an interesting workaround for the Klingon appearance would be the "unreliable narrator" effect. Essentially we know that certain aspects of DIS were highly stylized (like Burnham's trial) or almost certainly stylized (like Ash's memory of surgery, which seemed to involve nothing more advanced than a Victorian operating theater. Perhaps Klingons only looked monstrous because Burnham was a bigot and terrified of them? Thus the retcon could be explained as us now seeing the Klingons as they always really were?
Of course, there are tons of other options, including:
- Head shaving was in fashion, and it is no longer
- Some sort of ENT like augment-arc happening again
- Multiple types of Klingons exist, we somehow missed all of them last season
- DIS jumps into a slightly alternate universe, which is the real PU
- A Q did it!
True, it would probably take more than a costume to blow us away. They always say stuff like that though. I certainly hope to be blown away by their newfound hair but I'd hate to be disappointed if it doesn't happen.
This is the best explanation. And it doesn't even need to be said onscreen, just glue some hair on these ugly bastards and be done with it.

Not only are Klingons morphing from series to series, what about poor Worf? Michael Dorn's makeups were in a perpetual state of constant refinement and re-invention. Honestly, I'm very under the impression that Michael Westmore, The Makeup Man, didn't have enough to keep him busy ... and occupied. Idle hands and all that ...

In my completely unfounded opinion, there will be some Into Darkness-style Klingons (or something closer to that). If you watch closely in the background in the Klingon scene from Into Darkness, there are Klingons with hair and beards. I think the Into Darkness design would mesh well the with Disco Klingon design, as I wouldn't think they would be completely tossing it aside with characters like L'Rell still being a major part of the show.

The only reason why the main Klingon in Into Darkness was bald to begin with is because his hair/beard kept on getting caught in the helmet when it was removed, screwing up the scene. If they had solved the issue some other way, we likely would never have had bald Klingons in Discovery.
Yeah, they kinda do, considering T'Kuvma's whole movement was founded on ideas of at least cultural, if not racial, purity. If we find out that the Klingon Empire has always included several different species and/or hybrids without any further explanation, it will be hard to square away.
