Jadzia didn't seem to recall that McCoy became a Doctor after Ole Miss (which is kinda odd, given her involvement in Khitomer).

I like to think that the Trill seen in the season finale was Emony, post-gymnast career, and her obsession with Klingon culture predates Curzon. It could also be a young, adventurous Audrid, before joining the bureaucracy.

I don't think that Trill in the season finale was Dax, although I think a good episode could be had if Dax turns up on the show.
