Even after 7 years it looked more advanced than the Prometheus class. I thought the Prometheus class sickbay was... lacking and too white

They all look the same to me. Beds... blinking lights... computer screens...
(So alike they look I didn't realise until years later that Voyager's sickbay set was reused for the Enterprise in the movie First Contact)

They all are the same. Voyager's sickbay (which was indeed used as the Enterprise E's in First Contact and Insurrection) is a redress of the Enterprise D's sickbay which was itself a redress of the movie Enterprise's dating all the way back to TMP.
That I did not even know. I guess I will pay more attention the next time I watch First Contact.
