Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

I wonder why that is, something to do with it being from the books & licensing?
I was able to preorder for cheaper than Eaglemoss through BigBadtoystore but I'm in the US.
I was checking Forbidden Planets website last week and I'm sure it said that that (Titan) and the Jumbo E were available on 29th October, but having an admittedly half-arsed look right now, I can't see it, nor the Jumbo-E.
It's a "shop exclusive", which normally means it needs to be purchased separately. But lately everything has gotten so messed up with Eaglemoss there's really no telling anymore.

Same happened to me. Locked out forever, I guess.
Are they even updating content there?
Not sure. Haven't been on that site in over a year now.
On another note, out of frustration, I have gone ahead and purchased five of my six missing ships (#'s 88, 96, 97, 98 and 99) from the Eaglemoss Store that they never bothered to back-fill like they said they would once they were "in stock". Yeah... I also finally ordered the E-J (#89) from Amazon separately at a fairly reasonable price. This will fill in all six holes I'm missing in my main subscription collection and get me caught up.
Still no word about the Franklin or Swarm Ship specials at all.
I should probably call them up to verify if I'm still on the list to get all specials, or if maybe one of the previous unhelpful call center people I talked to turned it off out of spite for daring to ask them questions to which they didn't know the answers. I always seem to be right about people doing stupid things lately and I'm willing to bet this may have happened. I'm never right about good things that people do, though. Sad... 
I did order the Titan with the 5 other missing ships and, yes, it seems to be on its way with them. Same thing happened to me with the oversized E-D that I ordered (before I got my second one for starting the XL subscription). What pissed me off is that, since it was considered a "Pre-Order" item, none of the standard discount codes would apply to it when I ordered it with a number of other things. Then it appeared along with all the other things that I ordered at the same time. I'm thinking they're categorizing certain new items that they expect to fly off the shelves as "Pre-Order" so they can intentionally force people to pay full price for them, even though they are clearly in stock. Between this and the fact that they seem to be screwing over subscribers in favor of their online store's inventory, their business practices are treading dangerously into the realm of "unethical".
Really gotta wonder if Eaglemoss UK is aware of all the shenanigans going on in Pennsyltucky, if the directives to engage in such a business model was sanctioned by the home office, or if some young, enterprising shyster here in the US is driving this branch into the ground. Nobody ever responded to any of my reviews, which were quite detailed and specific.

That's another reason I get all my ships through my local comic book retailer now. They're all in Diamond's "Previews" catalog, and if I want them, I just order them through him. No checking multiple sources to see if it's a "special" or a "store exclusive" or any of that nonsense.
Maybe we need a UK subscriber to go to bat on our behalf and file a complaint through the UK customer service? Or file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau?
I still have some old email addresses archived from when the Brits were still running things back in the very beginning. I may see if I can dig them up and drop them a line - provided they are still valid, of course.
Got the Breen ship yesterday. Can't say I ever really got a clear shot of it on Deep Space Nine, where CG shots tended to be rather dark. It's certainly an interesting asymmetric design with many layers, but there's one thing that kinda bugs me: Is it me or did the CG artists take that big long pod centered on top of it and just scaled it down to create those smaller versions of the same pod found all over the model? Certainly looks like that to me.
