Spoilers Game of Thrones - Season 7

Not really a spoiler but I am loving the Banter between the group especially The Hound/Tormund. "Dick, I like it" "I bet you do" :guffaw:

That episode killed me :eek: WOW.

Also I've decided on what would be the most amusing end to the show...

The Night King is just an angry old man and just wants everyone to leave his side of the wall (AKA get off my lawn) so soon as he gets to the Wall he shouts "AND STAY OUT" and then just walks back home.

:p

So my guess on how The Night King will bypass the wall is...

1. The Ice Dragon will freeze the waters around the wall creating a passage for the Army to bypass the wall.

2. The Night King himself will fly around the wall and once on the other side use his abilities to bring down the magic and open the gates of the castle.

3. The Dragon can still create fire and melt the wall.

I know this is just a parody comic, but damn...I never thought of the possibility of Hodor being a wight. If we do see him, I don't think my heart will be able to handle it. :(

Who the fuck were the redshirts that appeared whenever it was convenient for someone to die?

Also, where the fuck is Ghost hiding out these days?

I couldn't wait, now I can't talk to anyone until Monday. *sigh*

Unrelated to the spoiler stuff, where is Ghost? Don't remember when we last saw him, or what his deal is. Seems like there's been a few situations where a giant mankilling wolf would be a useful thing for Jon, but he's nowhere to be seen. Did they get him when they killed Jon? (the Watch, not anything spoilerly, promise). Did he and Jon just lose connection because of the undead Jon issue? Did he just get bored and wander off? Or did he fall in a CGI is expensive plothole and just vanish, all his CGI money being spent on dragons and such...?

Well.. HBO is sure dropping the ball with leaks or mistakes during this season. First leap with episode 4 was at a partner where employees leaked it and were recently arrested, second was a mistake at HBO Spain who put it online for about an hour (way more time than the internet needs ;)).

The current leak even made it into general news, i only caught it yesterday evening when i fell asleep at my desk at home and woke up in the middle of the night. Since i was halfway rested i checked news before going to bed properly and saw it.. thought process was something like "Can i wait until tomorrow after work to watch or do i watch now and say Fuck sleep?" - decision was made quite fast

So that was an extremely tense episode!

Unfortunately i was also a spoiler victim and knew that a dragon would die and be resurrected by the Night's King but it was a still unreliable information however as soon as Dany appeared with hier Dragon Air Force and he picked up the Ice Spear i knew it would happen.

However the episode was still intense.. i loved the banter and conversations within the Suicide Squad from Jon offering Longclaw back to Jorah because it is their familiy sword and both being honorable as hell made the cool choice.

The undead bear attack ramped up the suspension very nicely.. we all knew or at least suspected that a named character would die alongside all the no name Redshirts but it was still one of the more unique action scenes.. even if one didn't have a fire phobia they should still freeze up at the sight of an undead bear on fire charging at you. Poor Thoros.. he seemed like a cool guy, a true believer and not a schemer like Melisandre.

Side note.. how cool was it to see them both ignite their swords at the same time? That's on the same level as the first time anyone has seen a lightsaber being activated

Concerning Arya and Sansa.. well, Littlefinger did it again and drove a huge wedge into what is supposed to be a bond. Sansa might think of herself as a good leader and has ambitions on lordship when in fact she has been played by Baelish from the start. The Vale wouldn't have helped if he didn't arrange for the imbecile child to become king and exert influence over him. Littlefinger is the true master of the long game and neither Arya nor Sansa can hold a candle to him.

At this point it will take either a stroke of bad luck or a mistake by Littlefinger to expose him, my theory of Arya and Sansa but that was shot to hell when they started fighting in private.

Dany and Jon.. "You're his aunt, You're his aunt,You're his aunt,You're his aunt,".. that was nearly all i could think of when they had their scene on the ship with laying naked and recovering after the battle. I actually googled the risk of genetic defects in close family relations and turns out there is a 12.5% chance of aunt and nephew offspring having the same genes at certain places and since genetic defects are usually passed along this would be also the chance of it retaining a genetic defect.

That being said it was a monumental change of heart for both character.. she has gotten all the proof she needs (at a terrible cost) and he finally trusts her enough to bend the knee. However he is still very naive thinking the Northern Lords will see it like him, they don't know her, never met her and she carries a reviled family name. Maybe they should have made a short trip to Winterfell to convince the others now that they have proof and then move on to Kings Landing.

Not quite. It comes out to more like 1/16 chance of a shared defect.

Honestly, I know we aren't supposed to endorse/advise to illegally shared materials... But if you want tonot be spoiled I suggest you all do what you gotta do.

I opened youtube and on the top of recently uploaded was a clip from thus leaked ep with a description that spoiled a big moment in it.

I'm not generally "spoiler-adverse", but it nevertheless confuses me as to why people would want to consume a leaked version of something just because such an option became available to them.

Damn, thanks for the warning. I'm actually about to head over there to watch last night's talk shows and YouTube has been highlighting a lot on and off show clips (because I've been watching a lot of the interviews lately).
