Spoilers The Flash - Season 3

I meant aliens really

Doralla Kon of the very early Flash comics was a lady from the planet Alkomar which existed in a alternate dimensional state that was moving at a faster rate than the rest of the universe, so when she worked out how to travel to Earth she was moving so fast only the Flash could interact with her, though he eventually taught her how to slow down to humanlike speeds. This was well before the Speed Force was a thing in the comics though, but you could easily retcon it to have Alkomar being part of the Speed Force Dimension.

I am surprised that there has not been any discussion of the leaked finale pics.
It looks like Team Flash is at a funeral. There is speculation of who is going to die in the finale.

Might wanna SPOILER tag that.
Some people don't want to know what kind of scenes there will be in the finale...

There is too much discussion on the finaled of the shows and I don't really want to know any more.

Or Savitar could still be future Barry ("I am the future Flash"). What 2024 Barry said about creating time remnants of himself to fight Savitar (which sounds like what Thawne did in the climax of the Legends finale, drawing copies of himself from other points in the timeline) makes me wonder if maybe one of those remnants went off on his own.

The way the Berlanti shows juggle so many different plotlines can be really awkward at times. "Oh no, Killer Frost is on the loose! I'll respond to it by running into the future and dealing with my own unrelated issues!" Even with the excuse that he can get back the moment he leaves, it still seems self-absorbed and awkwardly plotted.

Otherwise, this felt a lot like an homage to the '90 Flash show's "Fast Forward" episode, where an explosion sent Barry a decade into the future (much like what Barry talked to Wally about here), where he found a dystopian Central City resulting from his disappearance in the past.

Future Barry did say that Savitar killed MOST of his time remanants. I wondered if that was a clue of who Savitar turns out to be. What happened to a surviving remnant and why would it be allowed to live?

I think that, as a rule, any speedster time remnants would either be erased by the changing timeline or be hunted down by the Black Flash, like Thawne. Perhaps Savitar is powerful enough to avoid that. Although the part about how he's supposed to be the first-ever speedster confuses the issue. Maybe that's just what he claims.

I am frankly relieved whomever Savitar is it's probably not Jay Garrick as some of us suspected awhile back. This is kind of a spoiler but John Wesley Shipp does not return until the finale. So that probably elimates Jay as a suspect. We should see Savitar's face next week.

That was a great episode but why not reveal savitar there at the end. Arrow did that with Prometheus and it's been great since. He was getting out of the suit and it was yet another smoke screen. It didn't ruin this episode though because I really loved the future stuff. The emotional character moments are really what makes the show and to see how everyone drifted a part adds another layer to the finish that I am interested in.

A very solid episode. I actually liked the future, it was an interesting look at what could happen. Future Barry's suit was really cool, I hope normal Barry eventually gets it.

Future Barry did look a bit ridiculous (he looked more like Barry was possessed by Sam Raimi's version of the Venom symbiote ), but besides that it was an enjoyable episode.

After tonight's episode I think Savitar is

Ronnie. He is the only person I could see Caitlin, no matter if she is Killer Frost or not, to do anything for.

My thoughts exactly.

If Barry and his team are unable to defeat Savitar and prevent Iris' death, then what we saw was a possible future scenario. Part of me though was thinking Flash's traveling to the future would somehow alter present events, thereby altering future events in 2024 too (think X-Men: Days of Future Past). Therefore, would it have mattered if young Barry had or hadn't helped to get the 2024 Team Flash back together? The assumption is that 2024 timeline will eventually be erased.

I don't think that Savatar is Jay, but seriously, look at what had happened to Wally... He was "obviously" in that time loop grieving for his mother again, no matter what they said had happened to him tonight.
