What happened after Voyager returned home?

And she respected the promise she had made, whatever was her feelings for a particular male officer..., if she ever experienced a romantic feeling for him! ;-)

Hast why I had them get together post voyager. I think they had romantic feelings for each other, but they are both honorable people. A very good quality to have, :).

Why?

I didn't even try to change or ruin your sacred Tom-B'Elanna romance. :)

Was it just because Kes is still alive and well in my prediction?
I didn't care for most of those ideas. Everyone is bored with their lives...i don't see that. There is no reason Q would do anything to Kes. He wouldn't randomly prolong her life. Plus, what Maquis are they rescuing? There are no more

Spoiler alert...

In the new novels they are a couple ;)

Lol, I haven't actually read the novels. I did read one, that was about them being taken captive. It also gave a history on Tom and BLT. Apparently, he saved her life before they lived on voyager, when they were on the badlands planet, before Tom left on his mission. I love them as a couple. Be'lanna does this whole non verbal thing when she gets confronted on things, I find it comical, :).

Ah, don't be such a square. Cheer up!

My suggestion are excellent for an ongoing story about our characters! :techman:

As for Q, he's known for his whims. He tried to make Riker omnipotent and wanted Janeway to mate with him. Of course he can prolong Kes's lifespan.

As for Maquis, there are no more. That's correct. But there are a lot of former Maquis out there.

Also Tom is a perfect partner for Lanna. He encourages her, helps her grow, supports her, accepts her for who she is, helps her accept her Klingon side, challenges and pushes her. Everything that a partner is sopost to do. We should be so lucky to find a guy, or in my case, another girl, that is like him. Although, he does tend to get a bit distracted, he needs to work on that a bit.

Just because i don't love your idea doesn't mean I'm a "square". I'm perfectly cheerful thank you.

And of course YOU think that YOUR ideas are excellent. Anyone can say their own creations are great lol.

He has many characteristics i look for for a partner for myself and have found...down to the blue eyes:adore:

Or as my fans say: "Never before have our world seen such a great man. All that he does is good!" :bolian:

How Chakotay's attitude towards Janeway can be honorable? She clearly let him understand (in S3's Resolutions & S4's Hunters) that she wasn"t interested in him, not only because he was under her command but because the only feelings she felt for him were purely and definitively friendly. And if he kept his distance with her thereafter, this was because he has FINALLY understood/realized that he would have no luck with her anymore and later, he took advantage of the first opportunity offered "on a platter", in responding to Seven's advances to (finally?) move one.

When she was asked in an interview, in 2006 or 2007, if Janeway would finally have a love life on post-Voyager era, Mulgrew heartly hoped for it, especially after 7 years of "forced celibacy", but no name of suitor came naturally to her, not even the name of Chakotay, what was quite surprising! -> Ok, Mulgrew was the cause of C/7's romance, not by conviction but because her and the producers had to give something to do to Beltran () but come on, she attented enough conventions after the end of Voyager, to know that the great majority of fans didn't like this love story and wanted J/C, so she could have easily suggested that IF the former First Officer was available again, Janeway would jump at the chance ...but nope, what makes me think that, for the actress, if J/C had to happen, it would have happened in first seasons. But that after all these years, it was too late and both (or rather, Janeway) had missed her chance to be with him ... if it was really what she wanted, that is all! And besides, in Mulgrew's short Star Trek: Nemesis's cameo in Star, the only insurances we had were that 1) Janeway was still alive and in good health though a little older and with a more rounded face 2) she was ranked Vice-Admiral and not more, ... what does not prevent. the Vice-Admiral Kathryn Janeway, heroin of the DQ, to have an active sexual life with other members of Admiralty! Okay, I go out quickly, before you decide to scalping me!

I meant he's an honorable person, as in that he's very loyal to her. I haven't seen those eps in a long time, I will have to rewatch them.

Just on the Q thing.. he could prolong Kes' life..

Voyager worked because of their shared experiences, the reliance on each other, their.. journey. Once they returned it would be an achievement of something they all wanted desperately. Then they would disband and in some ways miss each other. I think they would fall 'flat' for a while. Doesn't make for a great story as such, at least until they all readjusted and socialized back to their lives. Then who knows.

It's not unprecedented in a way. I mean a mighty, albeit guilt ridden being took an interest in the Ocampa before. Hence the CareTaker. The female CareTaker too. The Ocampa were shown to have gained years of life. Didn't that creepy one say his Dad lived to twenty?

Q is an egotist he would need to find amusement in what he did. I agree he would need an interest.

Yes that group supposedly had extended lives if you can believe him. My own theory for that is that they became energy vampires. They extended their lives by sucking the life energy out of other living things they way Kes did with the plants.
