what show would you have chosen to do a trek crossover with?

trekyourself

Lieutenant Commander
Red Shirt
I appologize if this has been posted before.

If you could have any trek series, do a crossover episode with another tv show, which trek series and other tv show would you choose?

*bonus points if the shows are in he same general airdates*

My choice would be an accidental time travel episode sending the TNG crew to the 90s. Which of course would be investigated by Mulder and scully as an xfile:luvlove::luvlove:

How about this: All these characters are technically alive at the same time (not the same universe, but that's what Godlike Alien Entities are for!)

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: 2267:

Commander John J. Adams. Forbidden Planet
Friday - Friday
Citizen G'Kar - Babylon 5
Andrew Martin - The Bicentennial Man
Spock - Star Trek
Leeloo Minaï Lekarariba-Lamina-Tchaï Ekbat De Sebat - The Fifth Element
Logan 5 - Logan's Run

Voyager and Stargate.

The crew of Voyager finds a large (two-story) ring made of an unusual mineral. They figure out it's a device that can create an artificial wormhole. A probe indicates that the address they dial in leads to Antarctica on Earth. In this AU, the Stargate in Egypt never existed, only the older one in Antarctica. Also the Goa'uld never existed. Obviously Voyager itself wouldn't fit through. So that wouldn't necessarily help them.

^ Bring the crew through and scuttle the ship! I'm sure Starfleet wouldn't mind if they sent Voyager on autopilot into the local star if they got the crew back safely. They'd probably already written it off anyway.

Yeah, there's that.

I usually don't like these types of crossovers but DS9 and B5 would be cool to see together. Dr. Who and pretty much any Star Trek would make a certain amount of sense given that the Doctor is able to travel to different universes. It'd be interesting to see the Borg meet the Cybermen.

^ Wasn't there a comic book about that?

Yep. Not too long ago.

Meanwhile, how about a TOS/AVENGERS crossover? Steed and Emma, I mean, not Marvel's Avengers. That could be a fun, 60s-era crossover.

I'm sure Spock would find Mrs. Peel admirably unflappable.

I can't say there is one I'd want to see, since many shows just have different realities that don't jive with the Trek one and therefore would need an alternate timeline rift that's handily in the path of an Enterprise.

Feasible ones, however, would be:

"Quantum Leap"
Due to some unforseen error in the space time continuum, Sam leaps out of his own life range and into the future.

"Knight Rider"
Another time travel episode on Earth where the crew of an Enterprise find themselves in the 1980's, not armed, and hunting a man from the future who escaped threw a time portal. Only Michael Knight and K.I.T.T. can help.

That reminds me -- I wrote a crossover with "Firefly" once. Yes, it was an alternate timeline merge.

I would crossover Star Trek and X-Men (yes, I know it's been done in the comics, and a book, already) just to see Patrick Stewart talk to himself.

well, that, and/or Beast meets Bones. "Dr. McCoy!!!" Double "what?" followed by double-takes.

As a childhood fan of Knight Rider, this could be fun.

Obviously Lost in Space and Doctor Who would be at the top of my list.

However, it would be interesting to see some crossovers with series that were totally unlike Star Trek in terms of tone and subject.
Star Trek and Full House
Star Trek and General Hospital
Star Trek and Boy Meets World
Star Trek and The Flash

I do remember them doing a dream sequence where they combined Star Trek the Next Generation with Webster once. Michael Dorn was on that episode. That was freaky.

If this doesn't happen at some point in the episode, you better hand in your g̶u̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶b̶a̶d̶g̶e̶ phaser and communicator.
