Your top 5 franchises?

1. Star Wars
2. MCU
3. Star Trek
4. Babylon 5
5. DC 90s animated universe

Honorable mentions to Predator, Terminator, and Game of Thrones.

Is there some kind of big change at that point? I thought it was all one continuing story.

Does Spartacus count as a franchise? Does changing its title every season make it four different shows?

Well, that works for Power Rangers but I'm not sure how it works with Spartacus.

Truth be told, I don't even know who Spartacus is. I thought that it was this one guy. But then all these other guys started saying that they were Spartacus. And then a bunch of them started saying that they were Brian O'Nazareth. I'm just so confused. #freeBarabbas ;)

  • Star Trek
  • Agents of SHIELD (Technically "MCU", but I care far more about this one show than all of the movies combined, so....)
  • Kamen Rider
  • Doctor Who
  • Dragon Ball

I don't think there's been any other media for AOS besides the shows has there? There is the S.H.E.I.L.D. comic, but I don't know if that would really count since it's set in the 616 universe, and doesn't really tie into the show, other having the 616 versions of the AoS characters.

The franchise would be the MCU, I think. Gregg's Coulson is shared between AOS and e.g. The Avengers.
