Your top 10 favorite Voyager episodes?

I completely agree. It was beautifully done.

Personally I enjoy every episode of Voyager. Even the "bad" ones are still quite enjoyable.
I can see why you liked it. Because Kes was gone after that.

I hate "The Gift" and I will never watch it again.

My problem with Endgame is it torpedoes some of the most interesting concepts in Voyager like changing the past but, more importantly, pushes some individuals out of character. Its like watching a totally different show with the same props. I feel disconnected. Tjmo. I get some love it.

I agree with some of this. I wish they hadn't used time travel and created a paradox. I had an idea in my head how the story could have been done in a similar way without time travel.

It should have been this big, penultimate episode and for me I spend most of it thinking 'Who wrote this?' particularily after watching Shattered just a few episodes before. Now that was a great character piece.

I do dislike Fury a lot but I can still watch it.
I hate the s**t episode from season 6 more than I hate "The Gift" and will never watch it again, not even if someone did pay me for watching it or did threat me with a gun.
Not to mention that Berman, Braga, Fuller and Michael Taylor are permanent members on my "s**t list" after that.

It's really a shame you feel this way. They're responsible for a lot of great episodes.

You're right about that. They did a great job with TNG and some good things with Voyager too. I'll give them all credit for that! :techman:

But you know how it is: If an emperor or some politician starts his carreer by doing a lot of great things for his/her people and then ruins everything by starting a war which is lost or becoming corrupted or a cruel dictator, then this leader will be remembered for what he destroyed and ruined, not so much for what he/she did before that.

Well an emperor of a real place and someone who makes tv shows are not really comparable. This is merely a tv show. For me the few not so great things they did (which in my oponion are not even that bad) do not erase the good things theyve done.

It's the same with entertainment. I know about a rock band which started very good with some great records, then they fired the guy who created the band from the beginning, sold out and became commercial in order to attract new fans which resulted in some really crappy records and then they lost their old, loyal fans as well.
Today they are only remembered because how they screwed up their career.
However, I still have their first two albums but I should never dream about buying the rest.
