Potato chips.

(This is easy. Using this topic, I'll have my 5o posts and be able to upload my visually and morally offensive avatar in no time! Woo.)

got myself an Omega Seamaster watch (late 50's, early 60's) the other day. i need to change the glass though since its cracked (3mm), but other than that its in good condition.

payed approx. 20 euros for it. i figured i'll take the chance of it being a fake but i had it authenticated and its genuine. probably the deal of the months for me. the guy had no idea what he was selling...

^ Wow that's pretty cool. I got myself a new Seamaster a couple of years ago. I definitely do not regret getting it. :p Make sure to post some pictures.

I think my latest purchase was some aftershave as a gift to my dad after being on holiday ^_^

My next purchase will be petrol tomorrow after work...

a food mill.

Simple, relatively inexpensive device that I am now in love with. Turned what used to be an all-day chore (making tomato sauce from the bushel of tomatoes my mother-in-law gave us from her garden) into about a 30 minute pleasure. No more peeling or seeding the tomatoes. Why didn't I think of this before?!?!

we'll its at the watch repair shop downtown for the moment getting a complete "overhaul". i'll probably get robbed, but hey, its a classic.:techman:
i should be getting it back in a week or so. i'll post a few pics when i get it.

I just purchased another set of Hellboy graphic novels. At this rate I should have them all collected and on my shelf by November! That will include all the Hellboy and BPRD collections plus the single volume collections of Abe Sapien, Lobster Johnson and Witchfinder. Squeeh!

I also bought another Enterprise Relaunch novel.

Great deal.

I have a Seamaster too; they're pretty cool watches and take a beating well. :)

Yeah you'll definitely get robbed. ;) Well make sure you post pictures when you get it back.

Today I received a book "The Strange Case of Hellish Nell" by Nina Shandler which tell the story of the last witchcraft trial in British history - which surprisingly took place in 1944!

Nothing is quite as good as rubber in this weather... so I went out today (between the showers) to buy these:
