Your latest purchases, cont.

^Damn. I don't think I've ever spent more than $40 on groceries! Then again, I can only buy what I can carry five miles.

You carry your groceries 5 miles to get home? Is that literal - or by public transit? How does your milk, etc. not spoil?
Yeah, that's literal, but I'm not complaining. I don't feel right unless I get my walk in every day, and if I can carry groceries the ten minute walk from the supermarket nearer my apartment then I can carry them for the hour and a half walk from the cheaper supermarket with higher quality food and better selection that's in Manhattan. No matter where I shop I can only buy what I can carry.

And milk won't spoil in an hour and a half! Even on a hot day it's still cold by the time I get home.

$300 bucks on groceries. My bank card is crying in agony right about now.

Eek! That's a lot of groceries. Having a party?

It's for a family of six for two weeks. Food ain't cheap.

Me and the wife celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by going out for Chinese food, went to see Don Jon and I picked up Star Trek: Federation The First 150 Years.

Poor bank card has been abused this week.
Ah. That's explains it. Hubby and I hit the store every week, and there's only the two of us.

Just purchased a Roku 3. Best money I've spent in some time. Netflix is practically instant, no buffering...unlike through my sony bluray player, which buffers constantly.

Single bottle of Starbucks Frappuccino Mocha and a pack of Marlboros from the convenience store. That's my usual breakfast.

^ Trick seems to be to keep the fire on the lowest possible setting, then have the patience to let then sit there till they're. I always used to serve mine with a burnt backside hehe.

Ingredients for a smoked salmon sandwich, they were doing an excellent deal.

I saw that very same Spock-with-Horta set at my local FYE Entertainment store the other day. Didn't get it, but it looked cool and it's one of the better TOS Spock resemblances I've seen produced in that scale.

^Good to hear. I'd probably have more Spock stuff but a lot of the figures look nothing like him, and that bothers me.

More recent purchase: not sure if this counts, but I just returned from the dentist and I sure did give them a lot of money this morning (fillings).

A little lunch along with a couple of loose action figures from my friend's local toy shop.
