Just bought tickets to see Tim Minchin, tiny NYC venue next weekend! Yippie!

I LOVE Tim. I saw him in 2011; it was one of the best shows I'd seen in YEARS. I know you'll enjoy it!

Forgot to update you! The show was FUCKING AWESOME! And I got to meet him beforehand, and he was lovely. It was really an amazing show, topping a lot of what I've seen on DVD or youtube, he got a double standing ovation, tons of audience participation (including stealing a bite of an audience member's cake), and he had to pause the Pope Song several times to allow for the boisterous approval of the crowd. I fear I may make you jealous when you see where I was seated and the video of the encore:
