I ordered more American Girl stuff- Corinne's ski outfit and gear. Also ordered a doll armoire from Michaels, and will order a doll bunk bed from Target later. I'm building a doll "bedroom" for a pair of "sister" dolls! Thank God for gift cards.

^^ I hope your son will get well soon.

The Blackbriar crossroads collection which contains the hardcopy CD digipack versions of all Blackbriar releases.
A most pleasant way to support the band. :mallory:

I bought some juice at Target that rang up for 30 cents more than the shelf tag. And it wasn't like it was placed in the wrong section, they were all there under that price tag. But for 30 cents I didn't care enough to fight it. Perhaps that's what they're counting on.

Yeah, that is how they get you. And not taking issue only emboldens them to do more. Imaging how much extra a few thousand people across multiple outlets around the world not caring about it adds up to. Thousands in free profit. And that is just one item, many items can be mispriced.

Many Target prices are actually cheaper on their website than in the store. But it's a pain in the ass to get price adjustments, especially since you have to do it at customer service and then wait in line. So a lot of people probably don't even bother for the little things.

Even if you don't want to make them change the price on the item you have, it's still a good idea to tell someone so they can fix it. As someone who worked retail, and probably will be again in the near future, I can say that is usually mistake and the employees will happily fix it if you let them know. In the 10+ years I worked at Wal-Mart, I never once ran into a situation where a product was purposefully mismarked.
Since my last post, I got an e-book of An Easy Death by Charlane Harris, and a case for my new tablet. I have a case from my last tablet that got a crack on the screen, but it's like 1 or 2 inches smaller than new one, so it's just small enough that I can't quite squeeze the new table into the case.

Plane and Amtrak tickets for my trip to Baltimore and Philly this September.

(I'm flying from Omaha to Baltimore, taking Amtrak from Baltimore to Philly, then flying home from there)
