Star Trek 2011 wall calender.

I love TOS, but am annoyed that the rest of the shows are no longer represented, and haven't been since 2003.

Picked up a Coldwater Creek gift card for a friend, a Nutcracker from Pier 1 for Mom, and a long, black sweater for myself. It's one of those "duster length" sweaters that Coldwater was charging 100 bucks for, but I got it for 28 bucks. Score!

Went to Michaels today and bought some beautiful Christmas scrapbooking papers and stickers, and also took in a cross stitch piece to be framed. Even with a 65% off coupon, it was still $135!

Didn't buy anything big this week, but I'm thinking about getting a new dinner jacket (tuxedo to the yanks). ... I think I'm going to order one from my tailor instead. They're offering a discount on made-to-measure suits this month, so I think I'll order one next week.

Ordered today. Double-breasted, in a midnight-navy barathea with grosgrain lapels. Should be cool. :mallory:

Picked up a WWII era Sheaffer Triumph at an antique store for under $10.

Pretty cool pen. If the seals do go, can you replace the mechanism with a piston-action filler?

Three sets of shower/bath fixtures and three new faucets (in lovely satin nickel).

Oh, and a secondhand iPod nano on eBay, to replace the one I lost!

I got a little Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer Christmas decoration for my mum. It's cute as a button... and I hope she'll like it. My mum can be a bit difficult at times. :shifty:

I bought a new French Press yesterday. After trying out a cheap starter model, and liking it, I decided to spend the money on a 1.5L Bodum Chambord.

I also bought an airtight jar in which to store coarse-ground coffee. I plan to bick up a burr grinder of my own soon, but I need one that's fairly quiet, and they're expensive.

Did my Christmas shopping by ordering a large hamper of various goodies to be divvied up on arrival, and a mixed case of wine. That should cover just about everybody who needs a present. :mallory:
