Got a package with (mostly) 90s toys I ordered from a vintage toy shop on Friday. Then went toy hunting on two flea markets, finding (among other cool things) a box of vintage MotU figures the vendor practically forced onto me. I mean, none of them have their accessories, and two have an arm missing (each), but still, twelve figures for fifteen Euros is pretty much hitting the jackpot. From the same vendor I got an 80s MotU VHS which alone is worth more in resell value than I paid altogether.

Gonna take some pictures of the haul, which I'll post over in the toy thread in tomorrow.
 
Bought a new Touchmaster 4 game for my Nintendo DS and it doesn't work. My DS doesn't even recognize that the game is even in it, sigh.
 
Bought some drinks through the McDonald's app. There were computer issues on their end when I got there and they sent me through the drive-thru without confirmation my order, the employee at the window had to ask me what the order was, she gave me my order, but it's still pending on the app. It never went through. Should I just cancel it and take the free drinks? I'm already home and the drinks have been drank. The only options the app gives me are to complete the order or cancel it. Otherwise it just stays in pending.

I spent 300$ on some gravel for the drive way because the rain we've had this year kept turning the dirt to mud. Then spent today shovelling it around.
I bought some DVDs of Low Winter Sun, Stargirl, and My Place, this Aussie anthology show about kids living in this one house/area for several centuries. Every episode jumps back 10 to 20 years before the previous one, so some adult secondary characters one episode show up as young adults and then kids in subsequent ones. I found that format fascinating. Me and mum watched that back in 2009 for a bit. It goes all the way back to before colonisation and even shows some Aboriginal kids right at the end.

If it just straight-up doesn't work, you can return it/exchange it for a working copy though, can't you?

Sounds like a cool show!

I bought Multiverse of Madness tickets for Sunday because that's what mom wants to do on Mother's Day. :biggrin:
 
Bought a pair of $20 eshop cards so I could get Dragon Quest Builders 2 on sale for the Nintendo Switch. Also got some other sales games too.
