I finally got around to getting volume 3 of the Annotated Sherlock Holmes. Volume three is the four novels. Now I do not have any spare room on my Sherlock shelf

I have read the first Mary Russell/Sherlock Holmes book. I might get around to the other books some day but this year I have started on the Enola Holmes books (she is Sherlock’s teenage sister) and I plan to read some Of Anthony Horowitz’s Holmes stories.

I also like the Holmes on the Range series about two cowboy brothers who come across the Holmes stories and start to do their own investigations.

I haven’t read any Sherlock, but the wife is working her way through Elementary, and I occasionally pay attention, if that counts.

Today’s notable purchase: Pimms!

Curry and chips flavoured Pringles, which our littlest, Mr won’t eat scampi because it’s too spicy, devoured way more than his fair share and refuses to part with the tube in case any he misses any of the seasoning.
