You young'uns are so silly! :guffaw: The old-fashioned way to pay for a bus ride is to drop the appropriate coins in the money box or hand them to the driver.
 
I had so many issues with my debit card and Barnes and Noble... finally able to get a digital copy of "Protectors", the newest Voyager novel.

Even though I pre-ordered it in like... Janurary... freakin' Nook went nuts.

Finally got it though. Going to read it this weekend!

I found that funny, too.

I just renewed my bus pass for April.
 
More goodies for my upcoming trip:

anti-theft bag for my passport, phone, etc.
RFID shields for my passport and credit card
a pair of shoes
and a pair of slacks that I needed anyway

I bought an MP3 album with my birthday money. I wasn't sure what to buy, so I listened to some random clips until I hit on a song that just really caught my ear, and bought the whole album. If the clip I heard is any indication (Beautiful Love), I expect that I will be very pleased with the whole album.
