^Ooh, I like them, Holdfast. Great color.
Well, when it comes to Wellington boots, the colour choice tends to be limited to either green or black, and I prefer the green.
I wish I could find some way to getting rid of the Hunter logo though. It's not a sticker; it's actually bonded to the rubber, and it's a bit garish to my eye.
Finished up my xmas shopping today by purchasing gift cards for some fast food joints (for my kids and husband). Woohoo!! Stick a fork in me......I'm DONE!
Shoes vs forking
I know the feeling, I had to buy my very first pair since I was a child this year. I too went for Hunter, mine are navy blue though, and as luck has it I ended up spending £28 at John Lewis for them, since I fit perfectly snuggly (with my thickest socks on) in the children's largest size.TOO MUCH SNOW.
Had to go into town for a fitting on a double-breasted dinner jacket and the weather was so awful I promptly bought - and immediately wore - a pair of wellies to cope with all the snow and slush. Any excuse for new shoes/boots...
