Your latest purchases, cont.

And a white picket fence, no less. I'm going to be looking forward to seeing the before and after shots once it's completed.

Here is the oldest "before" of the very same area from 2007 before we owned the property

That's a whole lot of back breaking work you've done. You must feel pretty proud of yourself... these don't seem to be selling times, but still, I would assume you've added tremendous value to the place, since you've done all the work yourself. Very inspiring!

Just picked up one of these baby's... going to take me a while to get used to the size of the thing as a phone, but it's fast as f**k...

Rocking a 1.4ghz processor and 1gb of RAM just in a phone... jesus, i could install windows XP on that thing lmao

All your time & effort is really paying off. Nice work, SPOCKED.

The Note does look pretty damn cool. The monster size means that I don't think I'd want to carry that around in my pocket all the time. If I was the kind of guy who carried a bag around, I think I'd appreciate it more, but I really hate having to carry anything in a bag or briefcase.

ahh, fits nicely in jeans pockets or jacket pocked... haven't had a problem with it yet...

lot lighter than i thought it would be as well... been using a Galaxy SII for about a year now, and the Note barely weighs any more than that surprisingly

Some gas for the car and groceries for the weekend...things to cook for dinner and snack on.

Some perennials for my front yard. (Thank goodness I have a friend who loves gardening so much that she's happily doing all the digging and planting that I can't do myself.)

Today I won an ebay auction for a copy of "Star Fleet Officer Requirements" the precursor to the Line/Staff officer requirements books which were the precursor to the Star Fleet Dynamics book.

I'm so far down the geek hole here, but I can't wait for it to get here next week.

ok, thought i'd do a little review here... so this is day 2 of using the Samsung Galaxy note... and god, i could not go back to another phone now lol

i tried picking up the Galaxy S2 i previously had, the thing felt tiny in my hand, like i was going to break it or something lol

Definitely sticking with this phone... grabbed a 64gb memory card to stick in it, so added to the 16gb of on board storage, it's happily bouncing around 80gb of storage for me to play with now... still fast as hell, and i'm actually happily surprised at the battery life, seeing as it's such a frickin' huge phone and screen, nearly 6 inches of screen lol, i figured it would kill the battery very quickly...

Just so you can see a size comparison... this is the Galaxy side by side with an Iphone4...

See what i mean?!? lol

not so... if anything, i'd say the battery actually lasts longer than the Galaxy S2... i've had it on charge overnight yesterday, it's now nearly 2am so, 26 hours later, and it's hovering around the 50% area... so not too bad at all :)
