Nah. She was the third sister, and my grandma was the ninth (of twelve sisters, largest all-girl family in the US).

You know you're a TOS fan...

If you open your wallet like a communicator.
And if your computer chairs has armrests you catch yourself sitting in it like it's the command chair.

Not me. I hold the wallet flat in my right hand and pull the "lid" up with my left hand in an unnecessarily deliberate manner. Kirk only did that once in a while. So yeah, me.

I’ve done it both ways. I probably still do without thinking anymore.

The one reason I regret never owning a flip phone.

I had an iPhone app that had a graphic of the TOS communicator that "flipped open" when you made the appropriate gesture, but it's no longer supported. Shame.

I had a Samsung flip phone for a few years and loved it, but then I upgraded to an iPhone 4. It wasn’t as much phone, but it was a better device. Presently I have an iPhone 8+ but sometimes I still kinda miss my red Samsung flip phone.

I had a Motorola flip-type phone and I just didn’t flip it open, I flipped it open just like Kirk did with flamboyance.

Not me. As stated before, my legs are so big, and my hips so narrow, if I attempt the Patented Kirk Sit I'll dislocate a hip.

In that vein, you note with envy every house in your neighborhood with 1701 as its street number (there are two -- they do not take advantage of it :( )
